I found my hardest homeschool days were when I was pregnant and / or had a baby. You started this in a tough season, BUT God is good. Lean on Him and yes, learn to cut back on the busy work and extras. Some of those days we skipped the book work and field tripped the park to investigate nature. 😊
Just pray about it, Hailey, God will let you know what is best as far as where to deliver. I am an OB nurse and it is absolutely true that 37 week boys often have respiratory issues. If it was me, I would stay with your OB now and just see how your blood pressures do. Maybe get an appointment with the OB group at the large hospital just in case you end up needing to be delivered early. Praying for a safe and uneventful pregnancy and delivery!🙏
5th year homeschooling and absolutely some days are just harder than others. I also cushion our schedule to have days like Halloween, birthdays, etc off. We also use the Abeka program and love it!
Praying for you all Hailey! That dinner looks so yummy! I do something similar in the crock pot and add cream cheese, then eat with taco shells or chips! So yummy!!
Praying for a decision that brings you perfect peace in regards to where you have the baby! You are definitely glowing. So happy baby is doing well. Your meal looked amazing, and we're going to try it! Have a blessed weekend! ❤ have a wonderful Thank you, beautiful Hailey.
That’s such a big decision to make about the hospital but it’s obvious that you all pray about making decisions so I’m sure God will show you what to do. Love the rice and chicken dish. Can’t wait to make that. Keeping you all in my prayers
Do you try and do quiet time during home schooling? Maybe hour nap for younger ones and older ones quiet rest time with iPad or tv or books of their choice so you can take a down time for yourself? Being pregnant and trying to home school can take a beaten on you too. Be careful and be sure to rest too… ❤
Hi Hailey! You are absolutely glowing. I’m not sure if you’re looking for anything particular for your read alouds but I just started this with my 7 year old. I got the adventures of Humphrey books. They are about a classroom pet hamster and his adventures. I think there are 12 books in that series, but they are really cute. Have a great weekend!
I have delivered 3 babies at 35 weeks. 2 girls & 1 boy. My boy was the only one that didn’t spend weeks in the NICU. He came home with me on day 2. I was so scared my son would be so sick. My Dr said he calls it wimpy white boy syndrome. My little Ryan was healthy as a full term. I pray that happens with you as well.
I seen a recipe similar to the cheesy chicken and rice bake. I'll be trying that soon. Plus the cosmic apples from aldi are really good and sweet. Monday I'm going to do my shopping at aldi and I'll be getting those apples again. We love to dip them in peanut butter or caramel but I've been slicing them and eating them plain. Today I am 11 weeks pregnant.😊
This is my first year homeschooling well I did pre-k but this is real kindergarten homeschool. If you could share some homeschool resources or curriculums or workbooks ex: that would be great 😊 you look lovely 🥰
We do chapter read alouds as a homeschool family. We've read about 5 so far. Our favorites have been the invincible girls club series. My 5 and 7 yr old girls really enjoyed it.
It’s always good to have your baby at the big hospital with a plan . I did beds/transfers. One thing to think of is post delivery the emergency/big hospital might not have a women’s health bed. They have to take your baby but if you delivered you might not have the medical necessity to get a room or honestly they don’t have a room
We had this issue with Cal. I got almost to the new hospital (an hour away) and the EMS worker got a call saying there were no beds for me and we had to turn around. We got all the way back to the old one then got the call back. It was awful knowing he was already there and I didn’t know when I would be able to get there. This is definitely a big thing to think aboit
If I were in your position, I would totally transfer prenatal care close to the bigger hospital. It’s better to be safe than sorry. I pray your pregnancy and delivery goes well. 🙏🏻
I look forward to your videos every week. We homeschooled for years and although there can be challenging days, I loved the time I was able to spend with my kids. 🥰
Maybe something to ask is if it is planned at 37 weeks could you get a steroid shots to help baby lungs full mature. We did that with my 36weeker who came early due to my bp, no nicu time ❤
I’m on aspirin and BP medication to prevent preeclampsia. I developed severe preeclampsia at 26 weeks and was hospitalized until I gave birth at 34 weeks with my last pregnancy.
Deliver at a bigger hospital with a better NICU so baby can get the immediate care he needs if there are any issues. If he comes out fine, great! You didn’t really lose anything by delivering somewhere different. Praying there are no problems and mama and baby stay healthy during birth! It also would eliminate the issue of you being in a separate hospital from baby if anything arises. Better to switch and be at the best place possible then God forbid, something happens, and the hospital you’re at can’t help baby in the way he needs. I’m sure your current OB can recommend you a great provider that delivers at the bigger hospital. 2/4 of my kids had to be in the NICU for being early and breathing issues. So thankful there was only a floor or two separating us and not miles and miles in between hospitals. I’m sure you’ll make the best choice for you and your baby either way. Sorry for the long message! I’m a childhood cancer mama and know the importance of having the right people and care in place for your child’s benefit. ❤

I plan to do that as of now, and decide by the third trimester whether to make the switch. Thank you!
Are you and the baby doing ok
It's always a pleasure to spend the day with you. You have that pregnancy glow.
Thanks Alma❤️

Would love to see how you organize the keepsake bins.
Thanks for the keepsake idea. I have a huge bin of things that my kids have done that I need to organize.

Maybe setting a timer for older ones and tell them they can do these few things quietly until alarm goes off.
Such a cute way to save the keepsakes! My daughters middle name is Elyse! Great choices!

I have been praying for you and your family and the new addition
Im so very glad everything is going well with baby boy. That dinner looked so good! 😋

I read at least a chapter a day but my kids always want me to read more so we end up finishing the books sooner

@@homewithhailey it is. It’s so hard to not be with your baby. But remember every time is different ❤️Hopefully this will be perfect.
What shade of the Maybelline foundation do you wear?

Oh Hailey I love all of their middle names, each of them roll so easy off the tongue!❤
Thank you 😍
Do you have a link for the recipe? Love your videos! ❤
Was always curious about Delaney & Wrens middle names. Love them❤
Great video have a blessed day 🙏
Hope your day was great!
I look forward to your videos every week. We homeschooled for years and although there can be challenging days, I loved the time I was able to spend with my kids. 🥰
I’m so thankful for this time!

Good idea. She would need to be on some strong BP meds, though, so the steroid shots don't spike her BP a lot.
We discussed this because I thought this may be a good idea. It’s not really an option under 37weeks
I’m on aspirin and BP medication to prevent preeclampsia. I developed severe preeclampsia at 26 weeks and was hospitalized until I gave birth at 34 weeks with my last pregnancy.
I am also taking baby aspirin!
@@homewithhailey I hope it works well for you! Praying for your miracle baby boy and your precious family 🥰
Mmmm. I will have to try that recipe.
So yummy!
Can you share the shade of your foundation please☺️
118!
With having a boy can he have the same thing Cal has with the muscles
Homeschooling is not easy at all. I am not brave enough to attempt it😂. I’m proud of you
It’s not easy! Thank you
