- Irish musician Dale Mckay plays the bodhrán as Jean and Ciara Kennedy perform Irish dancing. Filmed on location at Roundwood House, Mountrath, Co. Laois, Ireland as part of Local Live Performance Laois County Council in association with Laois County Council.

Hypnotising stuff Lulu and excellent filming and editing. One of my nieces was nowhere near this level but she enjoyed Irish dancing. There was a School troop in Christchurch, that used to put on performances in Cathedral Square, to raise money so they could go abroad to compete in a competition. I saw them a couple of times but this was before the February earthquake.

this is flabbergasting good. i am someone who generally does not appreciate dances, but there is always something hypnotic to me when a highly skilled clogger shows his moves. The drums were also really well played and sound exotically different. The video itself and it's shooting is of very high quality. Thank you for this.

Great performance, thanks for posting. Percussion is one of my favourite sounds, no matter the instrument. Wild to think of feet as an instrument, but perhaps its the shoes that are the instrument the dancer wields ?
