As always, handlebar choice is highly subjective. I remember hearing somewhere that Himalayan proportions were designed for those around 170cm-180cm (5'9 to 5'11). Shorter people might enjoy using risers that bring the handlebar closer to the body (not straight up, but up and backwards), and taller people might find pivoting risers better (those that can raise and also move the handlebar forward/farther from the body). Take that as a starting point and try it out before buying, if possible. PS: These single-piece tall handlebars are normally not suited for tall people (6 feet or taller).
