“Bajaj Avenger 200” mirrors brother. Handlebar alignment problem was there, but after visiting the RE workshop , they fixed it. You need to tell them exactly where the problem is. A subscribe is appreciated 🙏🏻
What about the vibrations on the handlebar? I am facing unavoidable range of vibration 😢 totally disappointed. This is old Himalayan specific handlebar. Not ment for 450 !
I went on a 500km ride on this handlebar but didn’t observe any evident signs my friend. My observation is that AOM handlebar is of different material than the stock handlebar, real difference is there only. May be that support is making vibration issue worse for you. Make sure you fit all the nut and bolts in proper measure and observe the rubber bushings between the handlebar clamp and T-plate, it also makes vibrations if it’s broken or has a cut on it.
I also faced insane vibration in AOM handle bar..aluminium clips which they used to fit handle bar causes lot of vibration and after that I went to oem handle bar again

I tried this, but after sometime, the bush attaching the bars will give problem and allignment issues comes. I tried risers as well .
I didn’t face the same problem with bush till now, but i will keep it in check 🤘🏻
@@MotoNutVinay just twist the handle bar to any side fully and apply pressure. If there is a play, you might have to replace bush
I already did it, in FOC. Even though my bike was post April production unit.
