- In this video, I take you on a day in the life of an Uber/Lyft Driver. I started my day at 4 am and got a chance to interview one of my passengers. He gives his opinion on what makes a 5-star driver.

Sick video kon! I love how we got to see you document more of your trips. Definitely gotta record more of your trips
I filmed a new one today. I tried Uber Eats for the first time and documented it. It'll be up by tomorrow. Thanks for watching Jesse!
RideShare Tips noice!
Love these style of videos.
Agapey thanks! I'll try to do more like these
Good spirit
Great Vids Bro, keep it up 👊
I just watched 10 of your videos and I don’t even drive for lyft or uber (or grub hub, door dash, or post mates) 😂 you’re just entertaining.
Thanks! I appreciate it :)
Yeah! Way to do lyft only. Super smart! So jealous that you are so close to the beach. I miss Cali. But, I love it up here in the NW too much.
I work for uber and my income has gone down ... mostly short distance rides for $3, $5 bucks is a joke . Gotta be lucky when there is a surge and a long ride so in that case i can fare well... thinking about lyft but hear thats not so different from uber... Also, i was told by few uber drivers that three, four years ago they were making a ton of cash and many quitting because their expenses destroy the bare income . It comes down to being ubering as part time/ extra income side job....
I hate the $2.40 rides.
that's so true. Uber stopped having boost earning and that greatly affected your earnings. It was very possible to make up to $1000 a month with hard work. Now it's different; realistically you can't make more than $20 with Uber. You have to work smart. I like long distance ride because you are making a lot more per hour.
This video was fun as sh** man!!
Thanks for watching Rich!
awesome.video ♡

cool i guess its not about camera its about video editing talent ♡
i got S7 edge not.much good video editing 😑
nice video Kon
Do you use the same car to drive for both lyft/uber?
No, he has another car in the trunk. When he switches apps from Uber to Lyft, he takes the car from the trunk, then puts the first car in the second car's trunk. It's very simple.
well i used yo be in video production.you videos are very good. well made, imformative, and you present yourself well. almost too good. looks pro. anyway excellent . best of any uber shows.
This might be my favorite comment. Thanks a lot James!
Looks like passenger not wearing a seatbelt do they not give tickets in LA?
I don’t know about Cali, but most states don’t make you wear a seatbelt in the back seat.
For me it's more about not dying.
what video editing software do you use? your videos are awesome
Thanks Richard! I use FInal Cut Pro
10 or 7...if you say 10 I will be very disappointed as a video editor...
Do you use an app to keep track of your miles ??
jesus Cortez No, I don't. Ubers 1099 tax form says how many miles you drive that year during a trip. I think it only tracks the miles while you have a passenger in the car with you though. I know alot of people do use an app to track their mile, but I personally dont want the hassle of doing so myself
On your taxes you are also able to deduct the miles going to pick up a passenger, which uber won't tell you that. Your videos are great I also drive in LA but mostly in Anaheim
What's up bro. I'm a new driver in LA and I was wondering around how much I could make driving 5 hours a day Monday through Friday so basically 25 hours a week.
It really all depends on what time you drive. Im a driver here in LA as well. I'd say on average, you can get about $350 if you do 25 hours. I think you will find this video helpful. "The Best Hours to Drive for Uber" ua-cam.com/video/MoMaBXnvAyM/v-deo.html
RideShare Tips thank you so much bro! I'm just worried because the best time for me to drive is between 8pm-4am so I'm hoping the weekdays aren't that dead at this time of night
All you Uber guys need to start singing to the ladies haha
I'm an ex scientologist and that was funny lol
Usually by 9am I got my quota :) I also start at 4:15 am awesome vid!
Rosy Mendez hey rosy what's the average you make from 4:15-9? I'm a new driver and I'm looking for the right times for myself
You don't feel safe in LA? Shocker!
When did I say that?
You were acting nervous because people were coming up or around you in the video. It wasn't meant as a serious thing.
Xxplosive!!
Funny af! Do you have Snapchat?
Thanks! I never use it. I have Instagram though. @konpodprugin
