To play high notes make sure you're bottom lip is in the mouth piece and blow fast cold air

I decided to relearn the trumpet after 30 years to valves/fingerings to concert scale, where "trumpet C" is a "concert/piano Bb". As a keyboardist/pianist, it's too confusing to have to adjust to that whole step difference between the trumpet and piano.

i know that this is like a couple years old but Fshap is not the lowest note on the trumpet you just have to relaxed and slow down your brething i can hit below the staff F natural, E natural, D antural and Cshap still working on below the staff C natural
