The composure these fighters have after taking a shot is incredible
they are very comfortable with being uncomfortable

Thanks man, i hope things change for the better real soon. I know so many are missing the gyms 👊🙏🏼
Shadow box like a madman, it really helped me with some sutil mechanics improvements that increase your overall game even in isolation
Jeff is on fire 🔥
Agreed 👊
This is really exciting
I’m very like sparring
thank you, sparring is great
nice boxing from Ammari this session
They have focused on the hands a little more just recently
Orange shirt has some slick boxing
yes indeed
Sparring de Elite
yes sir
Sooo good but why no check? Conditioning?
I can see why Mas Oyama incorporated Muay Thai kicks into Kyokushin. Low kicks are OP.
low kicks are awesome
For me ammari is the best a hard puncher with an incredeable low kick
thanks for watching
Again very good video, of much oz glove they are sparring? 14 ? Some look thin.
Normally 16 oz gloves
The guy at the end learning to take a jab and that fighting hurts, get comfy in the fire, trust
thanks for watching man
I think the guy who got jabbed is the real champ, regarding to his right hand.
No excuses for him! That’s the spirit!
Osu!
@@dwgroenewoud 100% hes awesome
14:15 🤣
😀👍
Beautiful to watch as usual but I noticed they are flat footed, maybe it’s their style
Could be
Coming up to a year since I last spared because of covid 😤🥲🥴😅
Terrible times. Hopefully things change very soon 👊
wow ..kane birring , he has nice combo will be more good fighter
He has a very good flow 👊
best GYM EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thanks for watching man
Bring the Lomachenko looking guy back to Spar Wars. He looked good against a kickboxer
soon hopefully
I feel bad for the group of people that mess with these guys if they’re all out together
truth
What are those fighting jerseys called!? I need one for sparring, my tshirts get soaked way too fast
Good work. Maybe better to add more dodge and exchange instead of attacking in turns all the time.
Just there way i suppose if it works for them its sll good?
Thai style.
Thank you for such interesting and instructive video!
What is the name the guy who spars with Ammari in the second sparring?
Tim Thomas, use to be a beast
Red T-shirt guy got some small looking gloves
they do look small
How are you guys able to trade shots like that and someone not lose control? I can never get sparring like this in without someone getting pissed
probably down to the experience and sparring with each other for many years and understanding everyone is learning. but most gyms experience that mostly with new guys
@@SiamBoxing that makes sense. Thanks for the content I watch your videos all the time!
@@lutfiserbetci7049 thank you very much bro 👊
Here’s to hoping Ammari fights better than he spars in his next fights. He’s a great fighter just seems off in his fights
well hopefully we get to see him fight very soon, hes stayed ready for the whole of last year waiting.
I wish my sparring partner’s would just stand there and let me land combos
tie them up
@@SiamBoxing 😂 ’ll use my wraps.
@Siam boxing what is the the young man name in the orange shirt?
Jefferson George
Good job to everyone! I was gonna say maybe use the teep more to create distance to set up your opponent.
yeh the teep would be nice some rounds you dont see they work on different things, i usually put in the most active rounds in terms of exchanges
Perhaps an odd question: But why do they make that noise "oiiii!" after like getting hit ?
after they hit someone its pretty common or thais to be shout oooeee, knee, tang etc its a vocal sport haha
@@SiamBoxing Ah, it is the first time I noticed it with you guys. Since then, I watched other thaiboxers and suddenly realized that they did the same thing.
Most mma fighters cannot spar like this its good for kickboxing but us mma fighter need to use more distance and movement
most of the mma guys do to be honest
I hate big gloves they block punches so easy ...
I prefer smaller gloves game changes with them punches are much harder to block
its good to hit pads, clinch in small gloves or no gloves for clinch etc...
@@SiamBoxing changes the blocking game .
@@richardgomez1151 it does indeed
But of course you have to sparr a bit more heavy once on a wille so you need big gloves
How affective is this from a learning stand point just covering up letting your opponent hit you no defense?
it can train you to form a tight guard and protect your core, also get you used to incoming fire and not freak out getting hit. But like anything, i would mix it up and experiment with all types of defence.
the best thing is to try everything and find out what works for you, mixing up your training is good
@@SiamBoxing thank you for the explanation! Thank god you didnt see it as disrespectful
@@luiscastaneda-oc2dw It's not good, guys get used to just covering up instead of using footwork and head movement. Spar like the gentlemen in the orange shirt, he was always moving, trying to avoid getting hit. Standing still in front of your opponent is a great way to get knocked out and is a terrible habit that you should never emulate.
How much OZ you use for sparring?
16oz
Thanks 👍🏻
Where is this gym at
UK
Holaaa😎😎😎
hola
Todo bien?
@@marcosantonio-tg9od good 👊
@@SiamBoxing me alegro 😎😎😎👊👊💪💪👍
Sorry guys but what wrong with Jack West right hand?
he has got cerebral palsy
Imagine stepping in there with those killers man. Especially with less weapons than they have ! Massive balls !!!
@@stuartgriffiths305 hes absolute quality hard as nails.
@@SiamBoxing deffo , he's great 👍
Yeah two hands are overrated anyway 😂
where its this gym base?
UK
Last time I trained and had a sparring was 3 months ago f lockdown I’m feeling like I loose every muscle 🥴
i know it sucks mate, hopefully things start changing very soon!
Ammari diedrick looks huge what does the guy weigh off season from fights? Looks 200ibs plus
probably around 170lbs i think
The first white guy is getting his guard split by ever uppercut. Maybe he should bring his elbows together in his high guard
Amazing sparring, but why don't you guys put some head gear on?
Dont wonna sound like a smart ass, but the power of the headshots seems too much. It may be bad for your health in the long run.
some are for and against the use of head gear
@@SiamBoxing fair enough.
I am a newbie and I still have this fear of taking a hard shot in the head.
@@ntkkvolos Head gear dosen't protect your brain, just your face. Your brain still receives the force of the blow and hits the inside of your head. Thats also the reason they stopped using headgear in olympic boxing.
a lot of shelling up and countering, taking unnecessary shots that can be avoided with more footwork & head movement. great video though
there are some rounds with much more movement and not being hit much but some may find that a little boring i don't know as most like to see some action i suppose.
@@SiamBoxing i like everything u Post, but id also like to see more evasive Sounds with more movement
Why your gym is open?
some gyms can, pro fighters on pro organisations
@@SiamBoxing ok great video great inspiration✌
@@yassineelamrani8029 thanks bro 🙏🏼
Gym still open ?
some places yes
Are people able to come to these sparring sessions or is it only professionals allowrd
@@hanzo_hasashi5 its closed at the moment only fighters on an organisation can atm
Why call dog 🏡 sparring now?
Its still Spar Wars like the rest
전부 프로 파이터 들 이죠?
예
I don’t like the brother in the red n black , his style feels venomous and not in a skillful or good way .
Do you get brain damage from this type of sparring?
Any hits to the head aren't good for you but this is solid, controlled sparring.
there is always risks in combat sports as well as many other sports.
