So happy for you to glimpse that amazing city. The great thing is that if missed something on this trip, you can go back and pick up where you left off. There are so many wonderful things to see and restaurants to experience there. I highly recommend the Louis Vuitton Fondation which is a museum for modern art in a building designed by Frank Gerry. Beautiful and inspiring!
Biggest mistake travellers make is to refer to where they came from instead of just going with the time in the city. That way the time does not matter so going for lunch will be the start of your day… then crash at the appropriate time and voila no jet lag 🤗
I literally felt like a friend was video calling me on her trip! The videography was on a professional level 😉 I absolutely love art in person but absolutely hate crowds. Or even seeing it in a group, to me it's similar to a brief meditative process to fully absorb, I can't when I'm distracted. Nevertheless you learn to just see it 😶 Omg the FOOD!! Just WOW! I especially look at the desserts! I would give up breakfast & lunch to visit the Patisserie shops🤤 Everything looked amazing!! I wonder how long you'd make the trip next time? The way I used to travel was non stop the whole time I was there, now I want/need chill days in between events & arrival.🥴 Thanks so much for sharing, it was incredible!!🤍🤍🤍
What Cindy P said!
I’m so jealous you got to see the sun on your trip! It came out for maybe 10 minutes while we were there. I was amazed at how many people still sit outside at the cafés even in the rain! I definitely want to go back in the spring or summer.
Your hotel looked so beautiful! I told my travel agent that I needed to have an outdoor balcony, so that limited our options.
I can’t wait to chat more about it and compare notes in person soon! ❤
OMG Michele! Such an incredible vlog of you in PARIS!!! I was in awe, especially seeing the art in the museums! We lived in Frankfurt, Germany for 3yrs (1980-1983) and never made it to Paris, although we often went to other places in France and other countries. You were a real trouper! What an incredible experience. So glad you decided to "wing it" for the last days, so much fun being spontaneous in new places... Thank you SO MUCH for taking us along!
The Musee D'orsay museum was extraordinary how the exhibits all are grouped in personal collections. The Louvre was mind blowing!!! You literally could spend days there!!! Your hotel was amazing!! I loved how all the doors were so beautifully carved in details!!! The restaurants are so incredible and fresh!! Paris is so wonderful!! I need to go back to Paris again!!!
Between you and Risa, I've been to Paris twice now! 😊 I hate flying, just from State to State in the U.S, so I'll never physically be in Paris. But that's ok. I love living vicariously through the two of you. Great vlog. The Eiffel Tower is so pretty especially when the lights twinkle. Thank you for sharing your trip with us.
You are so gracious to take us all with you to the fabulous places you travel. Being someone who has physical limitations I just can't explain just how much I appreciate your travel blogs. The art and the architecture were unbelievable. The food looked so pretty! Thank you for sharing the glorious sights. Now get some rest!!
I thought I misread the title! I can’t believe a luxury maven like you had not yet been to Paris. It’s the city I think of when I think of all around luxury. It’s my fave city in the world. So happy you got to experience it and thanks for taking us along
Ah! I can’t believe you’ve never been to Paris before, but so glad you got to go! Thanks for sharing the experience in the vlog.
Thank you so much!
@@TheMicheleWang are you from China ?
Thanks for sharing this wonderful trip. I enjoyed it so because I have not been to Paris.
Such a beautiful trip!! Thank you for taking me with you Michele!! ❤
Thanks for the wonderful tours of the museums. Still remember when I M Pei was erecting the pyramid in front of the Louvre.
Ugh, I want to go back. Paris is glorious.
Will you adopt me, please? I promise I am very low maintenance.😜. Thank you for sharing your trip with us!
It’s nice traveling with someone while you’re at home sitting in your comfortable chair. The sights were amazing, and the food looked delicious. Everything was so clear you felt like you yourself were in the museums and restaurants. Wonderful sights from the “City of Lights”. Thank you 🙏🏽 for sharing your Paris adventure with us. 👍👍💞💞🙏🏽
I want to go to Paris more than ever after your fabulous vlog! I love the music you add and the louvre is breathtaking! Your hotel seemed so home-y which must be nice when you’re in a foreign country. ❤
Captivated by your personality and how charming you are.........came across this by accident and half way through had to subscribe to see more. Video so professional but felt so personal.......the filming is so well done that one feels that they are there with you look forward to seeing more
WoW Michele, the hotel you are staying is fabulous ❤️The sites and meals are amazing! Thank you for sharing your trip to Paris🧡 Appreciate you, Michele, for vlogging Paris it's stunning ♥️❤️🧡
Such an amazing Vlog ! Watched it twice and was struck by your artistically beautiful approach to storytelling. Fantastic filming, narration, editing and use of music, left me quite emotional. After many years I hope to return to Paris, soon. 🌷
I had the exact same feeling when I saw the eiffel tower at the parisian in vegas, but reverse, I though omg its so small!!! Happy you got to see Paris, it's such a lovely city.
Wow!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing Michelle. France 🇫🇷 is most definitely on my bucket list outside of Greece, Spain, Italy and Switzerland but France through your eyes with your shared video is just beautiful. A friend of mine is traveling there early March so I shared today’s video with him; looking forward to more of what you have to share on your French adventure.
I went to Paris and Spain for my 40th birthday.. was an amazing experience!
Spain is on the list! ❤️
Thank you for the beautiful footage ❤
What a wonderful vlog! The restaurants 😮 I would have to come home in a whole new set of clothes! Before Paris…and AFTER Paris😂
What amazing sights. I’m so happy that you had such a wonderful time!💛
That Corgy in the restaurant was so cute
Thank you for sharing your trip. Can’t wait to see the goodies you brought back.
When you were at the Louvre all I could think of was The Da Vinci Code and wondered if you kneelt at the "holy grail" 🤣🤣🤣
great shots of the tower!
Thanks for taking us along! Your song selection was perfect for them different vignettes.
Safe travels!
Thank you so much for sharing your travels. I’ve never been to Paris and to see all the places you visited.. well it’s left me in awe. The architecture and the artwork…Omg it is just simply beautiful.
This whole video made me smile. I just adore Paris! It's so beautiful.
Thank you for taking us along on your Parisian journey. Oh how I miss that place. One of the best experiences I’ve had. I am not worldly, but I sure felt like I was when I visited there😂❤️
OMG I stayed at the Cheval Blanc Paris last summer and I am going back in spring and I just cant wait, I love Paris but honestly I could just hang out at the hotel :) Enjoy your trip :)❤
Greetings from Italy.💐🤗 You have to see Pompeii, Capri and the Naples museum especially the special secret part where they keep "shameful" lascivious bronze statues and "particular" hanging lights etc that they found during excavations. (you can find some photos in Wikipedia just to get some idea😁), but maybe this part it's needed booking and forbiden entry for kids (i don't remember now). Thank you for Paris! 🙂
Thank you for the vlog! I love to feel like I'm in Paris!
Thanks Alicia!
Thank you for taking us to Paris with you!
What a fabulous tour of Paris you provided. Makes me want to go back and try some of the restaurants and bistros you ate at. And will definitely consider the guided tour of the Louvre. We did it unguided and I was so overwhelmed even with two days to explore it. Oh and the Eiffel Tower now with the lights is so fantastic. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Michele, for taking us along.
Fabulous trip Michele! I'd love to know what company you booked your Louvre tour with. Thanks!
Such a beautiful video Michele! ❤ Thank you so much for sharing your trip with us! Everything looked AMAZING……especially the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower and those amazing desserts! 😍😍😍
Thank you for sharing your experience in Paris. Would you please post the list of restaurant recommendations? Thank you
Just got back from a 11 day visit. I Ioved it even tho the conditions were not ideal for me. Paris under construction, big group, and an Airbnb [St. George close to Champ Elysee (ideal location and beautiful) ] were not the ideal dream paris visit I was looking forward to. It is a second visit and would rather go to a nice hotel, with one travel companion and avoid the rat race while taking it easy. I did find time to myself and got lost in le Marais, Montmartre and other nice locals…every time I leave I know I will be back eventually. .. not one drop of rain and lot of sunshine. I envy your accommodations for sure
This was amazing, thank you for sharing! I’ve never been but it is first and foremost on my list. Looks like it was a fabulous trip, welcome home!❤
Planning for Paris in November. Would you have felt comfortable walking after dark if you had been on your own? How far ahead did you make restaurant reservations? Thanks.
Those Renoir paintings "Dance in the City (Danse a la Ville) and Dance in the Country (Danse a la Campagne) at the D'Orsay are two of my favorite paintings ever! So romantic! So joyful So beautiful!
I love this vlog....very cool...Gbu & family Michele...!
Thank you for sharing Paris with us. I have not been to Paris in years and plan to go back. I would like to try the Louvre tour, please would you share where you found it. Was it a standard tour from the museum?
A single room in this hotel is upward of 2000 dollars.
WOW
I could eat pork chops at home for that money
Are your hair your natural color? I grew out my grey, but I am going to put some black lowlights in the total white/grey look, which makes me feel more depressed and anxious and i am already on medication for that.
Wow how fun and amazing Michele! Paris is at the top of my list! I appreciate you sharing sights of your beautiful hotel and excursions, loved them all and am happily surprised they let you video in the Louvre! After seeing your vlog I am more excited to start traveling again, thank you so much 🙏❤️😘
This was absolutely fabulous!!! The pictures were so amazing I feel like I have been to Paris. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing trip with us.
Jealous! The tour of the suite made me swoon!
I’m recalling a couple of “economy” hotel rooms I stayed in while in Europe… one of them overlooked a grimy alley, and lacked toilet paper. Had to beg for toilet paper! So yeah, I’d love to go back and stay at the Cheval Blanc. ❤
J'adore Paris. Been going for years and find new things to love about it every trip. If you need boulangerie/patisserie recommendations....
What a beautiful vacation and vlog Michele! Thanks for sharing with us!🥰❤❤
What an incredible vlog, it was like a movie. Stunning food! We lived in Europe for three years, this made me miss Paris so much.
Ooh I fancy a wee trip to Paris fr my bday…. End of March. You’ve put me in the mood.
I'm dying ti know what hotel you were in. Such a big room for Paris! Please tell Michelle
wow have fun! i'm not afraid of getting old anymore, travel in style and financial freedom!!! thank you for sharing!!!
I personally liked the Louvre a lot more than the Museum D'orsay. Monet's wall painting in the L'Orangerie was also worth a visit if you like Impressionist styled art. The Eiffle while being tourist was also worth a visit IMO. I saw it via boat in the Seine River and also made my way up the stairs to the observation deck. Paris is just magical.
Hi great videos thanks for taking us to your 1st visit in Paris if I were to ask how much was the per night of your hotel? It looks fancy 😊love it❤
Michele, Thank you for your reply to my Uber question.
Love the Edgar Degas.
That one famous Degas painting called The Ballet Class was highlighted by Sister Wendy in one of her series on t.v a while back. I will never forget her saying the man looked like a trainer in a circus and the ballerinas his objects !!!!
hi guys! where do you buy train tickets between countries in europe? are there any official platforms or websites?
Well will never experience it like that - wowzer hotel is 9000.00 per night Canadian !
Yay Paris!!! My favorite city.
So incredible!
My favourite
Thrilled for you!!! Thanks for sharing!
Love this video, very useful ❤ I am going to Paris next week ✨
Amazingly beautiful trip! Thanks so much for taking us along! 🥰
I have to say I love your vlogs Michelle. It’s lovely being in your company 😊
How wonderful to see Paris for the first time!! I never tire of visiting there. Enjoy every minute, Michele!
Thanks Alisa!!
The hotel has too so worth it!
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing💕
Were they still painting the Eiffel Tower when you were there? Merci
What an incredible trip! I can't get over that LV building. I am the same way about museums. I love them but after absorbing so much new input it becomes a sensory overload. I think the bacon and eggs was for the tourist pallet. haha Every French person I know says they just like sweets in the morning; maybe that's changed. Everything about this trip was amazing, even the room and you look beautiful! Thank you for sharing this with us, and YAY for being reunited with your Butters baby.
I’m headed there soon, also for the first time, so I’m taking notes.
You look so pretty, young. Your face looks so good. I hope you enjoyed your trip
Love your eyeglasses ❤️. Love Paris.
thanks for vid pretty lady. be safe
Fantastic vlog, really enjoyed seeing Paris xx
Michelle in Paris!
❤️
Great vlog, glad you had a good time!😃👍🧡
Wow what a beautiful vlog, thank you!
What pallet are you using?
Thank you 💝
Thank you for watching!
Mona Lisa as always charming😉👍
Love your video. Thanks for the bringing us along. I miss Paris. Go to Galleries Lafayette and buy all the new fun makeup. I never bring many products because I end up buying lots of goodies. 💖💄👄. Find a great restaurant with Dover Sole. Amazing in Paris
Great video! Thanks for the recommendation on the car service in Paris. I am going next month and have just booked with them!
Oh that's awesome!! I've been using them since and continue to love their service!! Have a great time!!
Another vlogger I follow, posted their video just one day after yours, after watching this video, too I felt like I went on a trip there, too : D
Glad to hear you had a nice and safe trip, still makes me so happy to listen to your joy about chilly weather and I hope you'll visit London, too at some point. Or the UK in general, we mostly have chilly and mild weather.
Watching these Paris vlogs made me realize how many restaurants, confectioneries and hotels of a French big name, we have in London! I'm now entertaining the idea of a French trip but in LDN. Might sound silly, but the friend I was planning on to do a quick hop-over, got very busy and without a guide I wouldn't dare visit Paris.
If you decide to visit the UK, look into B&B places, there are a lot of historical houses, full Victorian manors with these options and besides LDN touristic spots, I can recommend the visit of Royal Residences (not open all year!), very peaceful. Art and architecture all around!
I very much liked your food journey, in the past years my partner and I have been spending just as much time on planning our meals when travelling, as the trip itself. A good place can make or break the day! : )
I miss Butters.
I love your videos! I hope you are having a great day!
Thank you! You too!
A big fan of yours from Korea! Just felt like tagging along with a friend/sister on her trip to Paris;) Lovely earrings!! (though I could not find them @deandavidson)
Really enjoyed this video
Wow what a hotel room ....love it
You must visit Portugal! My country. It has the most amazing beaches and landscapes, warming people...and the food is just the best. 😉
Thanks so much for sharing your vlog Michele! I’ll be making the same trip in June and it’ll be great to see some of your highlights! ❤
Enjoy!!! Just an FYI - they're doing a lot of work around the city in preparation for the Olympics.
This is totally off topic Michele but I was wondering if you would do another video on your 5 (or maybe 10) of your absolute favourite brushes, both synthetic and natural hair and their uses….I would really love an updated 2023 version…..
Amazing 😻 Paris VLOG my Dear Michèle! Love ❤️the ‘Louvre’ museum and the d’Orsay one ☝️ as well 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Priceless view of the sparkling ✨ and shiny ✨ Eiffel Tower! 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you so much for letting us take part in your Paris trip 🙏🏻🇫🇷
I know you love Chanel, did you visit the Rue Cambon boutique ?
I have had a dream of visit Paris ,I turn 50 in two years,so I dream and hope to take a trip then 🤞🏻
Beautiful Hotel Room! So much nicer and better quality than similiar sized "luxury" rooms in Las Vegas.. although it's probably 2x-3x the cost. I like this room at the Cheval Blanc better than the room at the Aman hotel in New York. Have a [fantastic] time in Paris, France 🌹🌹
What beautiful trip! Thank you for sharing it with us. I really like the Tom Ford Concealer. I love how it does not emphasize the fine lines under my eyes (I am almost 60). The Cle De Peau concealer has full coverage and lasts all day, but I find it very slightly emphasizes my fine lines under eyes unless I thin it out with moisturizer. I do not have to use anything with the TF. The Tom Ford is also a medium coverage at best (which I love). I was also not expecting the Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate Concealer (sponge tip applicator) to have more coverage than the new TF stick concealer. This threw me off. Welcome home!
