At that point it was just dealing without the hand to mouth movement which only took a few days to get over. So now I have the second one for when I crave really bad. But I rarely use it otherwise

Good to hear it works for you! I think it is the perfect solution. I used to smoke 40 cigarettes a day for 17 years. To quit I have tried everything, patches, chewing gum, even terrible things like Champix (which f*cked my mind for a good while). When I became a father 5 years ago I switched to vaping. If you buy normal western-produced vapes, it is a much better option than cigarettes (the difference between my sport capabilities and feeling in my lungs since I switched to vaping has been stellar). Being a chain-smoker I have reduced the nicotine intake by selecting vapes with less and less nicotine. I think now my daily nicotine intake is 20% of what it used to be. Now it is time for the last step. Disconnect the nicotine intake from inhaling, and then slowly reduce my nicotine intake to absolute zero while I keep inhaling on this adult pacifier. For this I ordered the FÜM... I will use it in combination with the patches. For some reason I just know this time will be a succes, and that it isn't a question "if I manage to quit", but that I will.
Got one for my husband… he’s already significantly cut back on tobacco in the first week. The maple pepper flavor is really freaking good. I wouldn’t say it tastes like maple at all, but it is delicious.

It does for me, I'd suggest making your own Fum by drilling a hole in a stick and sanding it. Or at least save the old cores and drip your own oils on. I use the Simply Earth brand. So far my favorite combination is 5 drops peppermint, 3 drops eucalyptus and 3 drops ylang ylang. Sometimes a drop or two of lemon too. Its good however I'd love it if someone could tell me what brand oils Fum buys, because idk if Simply Earth is correct like I was told.

Currently trying mine for the first time. I got the fruit flavored ones. Currently trying the grapefruit and I can definitely taste it. It provides a very mild menthol feeling in the lungs and I can definitely taste the grapefruit - but it isn’t sweet tasting like a vape - just the essence

I still need money for food, rates, Rego and any other bills. I paid cash for the property so owe nothing on that. The cores are like $7 for a 3 pack. And according to fum that's 9 days worth. My vaping is $25 every 2 weeks so seems worth it if it actually helps me.

What worked are the patches. If you weren't on the patches and quit with the FUM, Id get it but I cant agree that the FUM helped you quit when you are on the patch.
Is THC legal where you are? it defiantly won't replace THC, and if it's the good stuff and legal, why would you? You don't have to smoke it either you can inject it (edibles).

You can drip some PURE essential oil like menthol or the likes onto the cartridge when the flavour depletes. This I've read in comments. I personally haven't tried this device, it does make sense though.

The only one that tasted okay was the mint, every other flavor, and I tried them all in my opinion is terrible. The mint tastes like if you were to eat a peppermint, and inhaled afterwards, a fraction of that. The other flavors made me nauseous. I honestly can duplicate this concept with a straw, some Cotten and essential oil. Hope that helps.

It worked for me but at the end of the day you need to want to quit, be committed to quitting. This is just a passifyer to help the process.

You should NOT be reusing cores, especially not soaking them. The concentrated oil will harm your lungs.

No it is not, this is like breathing air, and I find that the refills last way longer than they say. I have also found some new thoughts and I will put another video up shortly.
You can drip some PURE essential oil like menthol or the likes onto the cartridge when the flavour depletes. This I've read in comments. I personally haven't tried this device, it does make sense though.
Update:. Do not buy this piece of crap. I’m so disappointed it. Returned it. Complete waste of money. Buyer beware!

@@Catgat37 It is way over priced for what it is. It’s worth $30 tops. It feels like you’re inhaling subtly flavored air. The only one that tasted okay was the mint, every other flavor, and I tried them all in my opinion is terrible. The mint tastes like if you were to eat a peppermint, and inhaled afterwards, a fraction of that. The other flavors made me nauseous. I honestly can duplicate this concept with a straw, some Cotten and essential oil. Hope that helps.
@@RBlizz Or use these and add pure plant based essential oils like menthol, peppermint and lemon...easy, cheap, and won't be hard on your Teeth; just not as trendy looking.
