చికెన్ లో ఎన్నో వెరైటీస్ చేయొచ్చు . అందులో ఈ వెరైటీ చాలా ప్రత్యేకమైనది. చేయటం సులభం కూడా. ఇంటికి అతిధులు వచ్చినప్పుడు నేను ఈ ఫ్రై చేస్తాను. ఎందుకంటే నాకు ఇది చూసినప్పుడల్లా ప్రత్యేకమైన అభినందనలు అందుకుంటా. మీరు కూడా చేయండి. You will fall in love with this recipe from then. Kids ki అయితే most favorite dish ఇది.
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 and half kg
ఉల్లిగడ్డ - 2 M size
పచ్చిమిర్చి - 6
అల్లంవెల్లుల్లి paste - 2 T.sp
Ghee - 3 Tb sp
పసుపు - 2T sp
ఉప్పు - 2 nd1/2 T sp
కారం - 2 Tb sp
దనియా జీలకర్ర పొడి - 1 T sp
గరంమసాలా పొడి - 1/2 T sp
పుదీనా కొద్దిగా
కొత్తిమీర కొద్దిగా
మెంతికూర - 2.కట్టలు
టమాటాలు 2 M size
కరివేపాకు - కొద్దిగా
Lemons - 3
ఇది ఒక అద్భుతమైన different recipe. ఎప్పుడూ అదే చికెన్ ఫ్రై ని సంవత్సరాల తరబడి తిని తినీ విసిగిపోయి ఉంటాం. మనకి ఇదొక పెద్ద ఊరట and amazing taste too. ఒక్కసారి Try చేయండి. ఇంక వదలరు. పిల్లలకి చాలా చాలా బాగా నచ్చుతుంది.
