Beside the excellent Stephanie, it's rare to have the double bass just in front of the camera: great video to appreciate the bass line and the bassist's technique.
I really wanted to get my friend Marty Eggers in the video. He was the instigator of starting the Sacramento Ragtime Society when he was only 15 years old. He is also a fine ragtime and jazz piano player.

They are both wonderful musicians but I prefer Stephanie's stride to Paolo's jazz. Also when they play together on the same piano it is my opinion that they are both limited in what they can do. I have seen some videos here where they each play a separate piano and I tend to like those more.

I especially enjoy this trio...and the banter in-between tunes is fun! I've never been a fan of the four hand piano, or two pianos on one tune...maybe one of them could learn the accordion?
