- Have you ever been to the Altabrisa neighborhood in Merida, Mexico?
Altabrisa is a popular and relatively new neighborhood in the north of the city of Mérida, México. It’s characterized by its wide streets with brick roads. It’s located 26 minutes from Progreso beach and 25 minutes from the international airport. Costco is a 12 minute drive away via the Periférico, the highway around the city. Access to this highway is two minutes away. As you can see, it has a couple of supermarkets, a number of hospitals, a mall and a number of plazas. The ADO bus terminal is also located in Altabrisa. This may be an excellent area for potential expats to consider.

Holaaaaa. Wich neighborhood is better for living?
@@nazh5891 Hola! It really depends on what you are looking for personally. There are many factors to consider depending on the individual. What works for one person, might not work for another. I hope you find what works best for you. It takes time. Saludos 🌺

Look forward to more of your driving videos! I'll be down to complete my temporary residency visa and to celebrate my birthday in August. Not moving until the beginning of 2022. 😍
Thanks! I post the driving videos on Fridays. So you’ll be moving here in a matter of months- that’s great news! I wish you a happy birthday visit when you get here and ease with your transition! 🌺
Hi Jackie, do you need any help with your residency?, I work with Yucatan Transitional services, and we offer those services, we are a very reputable company.

New Sub.
Qué tan seguro y tranquilo dirías que es? Se aconseja para familias emigrar a Mérida?
Muy segura y tranquila la ciudad. Es una de las más seguras en toda de las americas.
Good video, wlcome to merida
Thank you! 😊
This is the neighborhood where I'm located
Excellent choice! 🌺
Very first time watching your video here June 18th and I've watched hundreds of other videos specifically on Merida Mexico and hundreds of hours and by far you had the best tour of the city without like others showing your face constantly and description of each place and it was so helpful! Thank you, thank you, thank you! From myself and my wife. We needed to see this! I am becoming a subscriber just because of this single video. You may not have a lot of views as others but keep doing what you're doing.
Thank you so much for your kind comment. There’s so much of this city to see. Having lived here for about 15 years, I’m familiar with the city and also with what people may be looking for. Your comment inspires me to keep sharing. Thanks again for your encouragement and for subscribing! Best wishes to you both. 😊
@@nadeneinmexico539 I just skimmed through your video playlist and you help with speaking spanish. That's probably going to be our biggest challenge. However, I took a couple years in high school and my wife has pieces of Spanish being Filipino. Thanks again!
@@journeytheworld8848 Any previous Spanish will help along the way. As I say, it's about progress, not perfection. 😊Mexicans appreciate it when we try. So my channel focuses on 'Expat Spanish' or what I call 'Survival Spanish plus!'. I hope it helps. Your wife may pick it up a bit more quickly the that background, but the team effort works.😃I wish you the best on this exploration into Mexico, the splendid.
@@nadeneinmexico539 Thanks Nadene for the encouragement!
