I will never go back either. I couldn't even if I wanted too. People say it takes willpower to go vegan, but after learning all the facts about the animal cruelty and environmental damage involved in the production of animal products, it would take willpower to NOT be vegan.

Its really pretty easy, I think people have a strange fear when its really just eating things you already eat, or should be eating anyway. If you feel the need to eat meat replacements then try them out, but you don't need them.

honestly if you look at Mya in late 90s early 2000s. she hasn't aged. she looks the same, maybe better. awesome for her. vegan lifestyle is taking over now almost like a fad. I've known vegans for 30 years it wasn't popular then. I'm glad the message is getting out. I'm not ready to give up meat yet but the slaughter house stuff is pretty effing gross. I have to rethink it😕

Mya, you've really made me change my mind. I like that you're not a pushy vegan. Sometimes y'all be doin' too much and get aggressively pushy. This one lady called herself tryin' to "teach" me and she got kinda pushy. I had to stop her and say *Uh uh, where yo' kids at? Don't talk to me like that*. It was too much. _I no longer see product. I see process_. That *really* made me change my mind. I'm just happy to know that I can still eat sushi. Just not the fishy kind. Never really have, but I love me some _kani_. Imma try the vegan thing after Thanksgiving. I'm not a heavy meat eater typically, but chile.....
I don't know if you stuck to the vegan thing, but my favorite sushi now is mango sushi!

I also had iron deficiency when I ate meat. My iron and protein levels are now consistently near the highest levels on the normal range since being vegetarian for almost 12 years now.

First of all, Mya lost thirty lbs of what? Bones? Lol sencond of all, I'm a nemic too. And I have been told this for years. Since I was about 13 I was told that I was lacking in iron. Now I have recently found out that I also have a vitamin D deficiency. Now that I'm switching up to more plant based foods, I know that eventually that will no longer be the case. But its good to see someone who had the exact situation as me (:
Ms. E Mya gained 30lbs a few years ago and weighed about 160lb. She said she had an ankle injury and couldn’t workout & didn’t have any mobility.

Every Christian should know that the vegetarian diet was given to man before sin and death came. Nuts, grains & fruits were suppose to be our meat in a sinless world. But a lot of Christians would fight you for meat because their love for the meat is so great.
stop giving everything labels. taking out meat and dairy from diet is easy and simple.
