They just ditched. Great way to show (ex)-fans that you care about them more then you do about drugs...

Some people like to push each other around in pits, wich is fun too though but hearing this music live gives me so much energy and this is the way I like to release that energy :)

I love how people think that pitting, and throwing down is just "fighting imaginary people" it's movement with the beat of the music, it's showing appreciation for the music, it's getting pumped up with the band. Personally I think shoulder to shoulder bouncing of each other is daft. At least with "hardcore dancing" there is thought to beat of the music, and style and skill with the movement people do.
