I've worked many business,s and seen management blame employees when the big bosses came on the scene to check out something that f..ked up, now I would notice what was not getting taught or checked out and say if I were manager I would be doing unannounced spotchecks to make sure this shit was not going on , but I was not management and sadly people are there in a position for the money not passionate about the work and happy to pass the buck to save their ass
