Liver shotted a guy once in a street fight ...he went down,end of fight.I took a kick to the liver back in my Tang Soo Do days, I went down....end of sparring session!😁

I was playing football and got side tackled in the liver by a 150 pound lineman. That was one of the worse pains I had ever felt, I could hardly breathe and couldn’t even get up.
This guy has no real technique. He’s teaching real technique, but if he fought anyone who has actually trained he would get wrecked.

Great shot for us southpaws. I HATE getting hit in the liver, better to get kicked in the balls.
Causing internal bleeding to somebody isn't self defense. bare hands punches can kill even months after the altercation.
even when not the agressor you can stop a dangerous person with a myriad punches.
A broken nose or even a broken jaw is one thing, a broken liver is a topic we shouldnt even dare to bring up.

a well trained karate asshole hit right on the liver that was so pain full but i survived that lever shot. And after that i did to many heavy kick on his liver until he fainted.

Sorry, I would never bare knuckle box. Most people's hands would be broken after a couple of strikes (including mine). I like the open palm strikes though a la Bas Rutten. Watch for my next video. It should be up in the morning. My upcoming Smash Fu DVD will cover open palm strikes etc... (no bare knuckle though).

Who is this guy? He has no idea how to balance himself, make a fist, open his hips or make sunglasses look good. Jees, he can bearly lift his leg, some1 teach him how to rotate his core and pivot. This stiff man cannot strike effectively, he cannot so much as time his step with a strike. Pathetic

my favorite is the turn back kick to the liver, Hee Il Cho wold break 6 inches of wood with his. if you are fast and accurate, anywhere in the liver area is good enough, set it up with high fake with hands or feet, practice lining up your feet to the target, heel to the crotch, keep hands tight, keep the knee and toes down, you really don't need to see the target to hit it if you practice enough.

Yazan Al Helou - So he fucked up... so what! He kinda looks like he had a night at the club, and he's doing this video not really giving a fuck. What he's teaching comes from two systems I know a lot about since 2002 so he's not giving bullshit tips but it is in a "I don't give a fuck attitude!"

Excellent Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you considered - Chireetler Dread Free Rule (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one off guide for learning self effective defence moves minus the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got cool results with it.

OK , I'm glad he added at the end that you have to be in condition and trained to attempt this , but that doesn't tell the whole story , I am a trained combat fighter and in civilian life no one has ever tried to mugg me , but there have been many who tried to fight me , and almost all the time these guys were more skilled , experienced , conditioned types , so these guys are at a level where you can't just say , I'm gonna do this or that , they know how to protect , so you have to quickly feel them out and destroy them before they destroy you ! So I'm not saying you have to know a million things for each phase of an attack or fight , but if you use this guys stuff you will get killed ! I have yet to see anything this so called coach has shown that myself or any skilled fighter wouldn't see coming , liver attack ? If this guy tried it on me , he would only put himself in a bad situation , and that would be the end of him , I don't fight dummies , or little girl scouts either ( but this guy does ) do you think the sunglasses will scare anyone !
Most people aren't skilled fighters, plus I bet you could get caught to the liver just like any other professional boxer, mma fighter, or martial artist
