Nice video. It is too bad that the dampener looks so (out of place). I wish that Kawasaki included this in their design, and had their own dampener - mounted where you do not need to (see) it.
Did you really reuse the stock stem nut? I don’t think there is enough threads on it once you put the steering damper mount between it and the triple tree

So far untill now still goods no issues everytime i ride very comportable and usable...no leaks no wabble and smooth 😊👌
I would upgrade that cheap bolts with some high quality ones that don’t rust
