As someone who loves soft spoken videos with no other noises eg tapping etc, this is absolute bliss, thanks so much! Also the recipes are great, will definitely be trying them out 😀
“The recipes I make... are all desserts” hard same. Thank you for creating this! Educational/informative ASMR is my personal favorite, but particularly with cooking/baking so this video of yours is a real treat! I’m excited to give these recipes a try 🥰
@@ASMRvelous I couldn’t agree more! I like to make the most of my time, and I don’t like foods I can’t multitask with unless it’s sweets. Then it’s game on.
I love how you often tell us about the hurdles to making a particular video as part of the video itself. You keep it real. (And it’s often funny.) thank you 💚
Thank you! I'm so glad you gave it a chance then :). I actually agree, reading videos don't work for me personally. The speech and cadence is too rhythmic, too predictable or something, I can't really explain it. But when it gets broken up and more spontaneous, I can enjoy it. Like a magazine reading where the ASMRtist reads bits and pieces here and there, interspersed with descriptions and personal opinions, that I do like. I think maybe this video is maybe more like the latter.
Somehow missed replying to this one, which is an outrage because I absolutely do play favourites. Though I didn't see any pics on IG so I hope it just helped you relax/sleep instead :)
I loved how happy she looked telling us she likes them runny and that she sometimes bakes them 10 mins instead of 15. Like you could tell it was that “what?, they are delicious that way!” Type of look lol. 🥰
Glad to hear it, and really you should. I would go for Nigella's chocohotopots or the 5 ingredient peanut butter cookies. Both sooooo easy and so good. Thank you for watching, hon
Oh this was sooo good. I was sifting through a few ASMR videos and of course, your content is always so soothing. I love to bake delicious sweets. Kind of curious to try my hand at those peanut butter oreo brownies!
@@vp5633 Oh no I'm so very sad to hear that! She seemed like a lovely person ❤ I think of her every time I use the recipe for chocohotopots (which I learned about here) as I hear the name of the dish in her accent in my head.. the same thing when I offer someone a cup of tea, as I loved the way she read it in one if her videos. Strange how someone you never met can become a small part of your life and be in your thoughts in these little ways. Very sad indeed to hear she's no longer with us, my heart goes out to her family 💔
Thank you! It's funny, I wear this sweater soooo often when I'm filming, but apparently it was never front and center before, it's drawing a lot of attention suddenly :)
Thanks! No flour in the cookies, it's a 5 ingredient recipe: peanut butter, brown sugar, baking soda, egg, chocolate chips (or reeses pieces as I prefer) and that's it. Super simple, super yummy.
Hi! Coming over from a recent community post...I have a hand movement video request. The purpose of the video could be progressive relaxation through the context of garments/jewelry. So it would be describing the garment and "putting it on" using hand movements. But everything would be imaginary--so it would focus on the hand movements. For example, something like "As you put on this striped silk scarf, the fabric cools and relaxes your neck. As it rests on your shoulders and down your collar bone..." etc in a progressive relaxation manner. (I think about GentleWhispering's early video where she talks about women wearing neck rings and her hand movements--still gives me tingles!) There could also be an opportunity to highlight black-owned businesses--there could be links to the inspiration garments/jewelry in the video description. (Like if you described another Elizabeth An'Marie blouse). I hope I am explaining this so it sounds cohesive...
Hiya, I think I kind of get the idea, but because you mentioned the Gentlewhispering video I'm now slightly confused about one thing. Basically the POV of the video, where would I be directing my movements to? Mainly myself, like in Maria's video, mainly towards the camera or more towards an area in front of the camera, as if you are lying down in front of me? Does that make sense what I'm asking?
@@ASMRvelous Oh yes, I guess that is confusing. You would be directing movements to yourself...so like your gentle touching/hand movements videos. I think I remember in one of them, you mentioned you wanted to do a wider view so you could get the length of your arm and such in one shot without having to keep your elbows bent. So this kind of "theme" may be a good opportunity?
Not that I know of, it's not a huge thing in Belgium. I remember when we visited Prague as a family there was a lot of aspic on the hotel's set menu and no one was a fan. So I don't think my mom would have gotten a recipe book on it. I'm curious... why do you ask? :)
@@ASMRvelous I find them very aesthetically pleasing, the cookbooks they’re found in (at least here in the states) are from several decades ago and usually have that nice, 1970s warm-tone coloring and I thought something like that might have made a for a super relaxing rambling video. They’re also just kind of weird, and I love that.
