I would highly recommend some of (G)I-DLE’s music like Oh My God, Lion, or Uh-Oh. Their main rapper Soyeon (who rapped in this song) also produces some their songs, writes lyrics, and even helps direct their mvs. They are insanely talented and I think you’d like them. Pretty much every mv and song they put out is a completely different concept from the last. There’s nothing they can’t do.

I love Blackpink and kpop in general, one of the things I like the most about this genre is that each artist and group has their own sound and their own style. I'm going to recommend you my second favorite kpop group: DREAMCATCHER, a girl group with a little of rock in his sound, and their two singles "SCREAM" and "BOCA" (In that order)

I’m not much of a League of legends fan but lol all of KDA’s songs just slap. They’re almost impossible not to like. I’m thrilled that there’s such a collaboration bringing the mashup of western artists and kpop, or G-Idle in this case. Love to the see the kpop industry breaking barriers and expanding their market because honestly they have so much good music to offer. Thanks for your insights. It must be a bit overwhelming bc kpop is such a big and diverse industry, but don’t feel too pressured. My recommendation for you is definitely Stray Kid’s Hellevator. This is their pre-debut song and it’s a masterpiece! Three years later they’ve grown tremendously, but this song, in my opinion, is still one of their best and the reason I became their fan.
you should check out the video 5 best raps of Jeon Soyeon (she is the Korean rapper), she is amazingly talented, one of the best female idol rappers (most list will exclude her, since she is technically not under an idol contract, and it is unfair to the others). Miyeon the Korean singer, trained with the Blackpink members, saw another comment saying she sounds like she would fit in between Rosé and Jisoo... in the end she got tired of waiting for debut (her words) and left for another agency (eventually) and is now in (G)I-dle along with Soyeon great group to check out, they have their very own style in Kpop (mostly because Soyeon writes and composes most of their music)

Then you should absolutly check Villain, which is Evelynn songs. It's only Madison Beer (and Kim Petras) for this song so not K POP but it's just so good and the music video is out of this world ! Ahri was made on based on Korean myths about nine-tailed foxes. China, Korea, and Japan all have some myths that are centered around multi-tailed foxes. So, for people of those countries, it is an association that they immediately recognize the same way that a Westerner would recognize and sort of understand the idea behind someone that looks like a pirate.
Naruto probably made the Nine-Tailed Fox more known to a Western Audience, but the myths and legends around them are more varied than the interpretation used in that anime.
Evelynn is basically a demon. Spot on. She manifested off the pain in the world starting all during and after the Rune War. She originally wasn't in the form of a human, it was a form she chose to manifest as something appealing to humans. She technically has many forms, mostly ones that appeal to different creatures. Eve's lore is super cool in my opinion. Definitely something to look up sometime to anyone interested!
