Nel tredicesimo episodio abbiamo incontrato Andrea Tortora, pasticcere del ristorante 3 Stelle St. Hubertus, Maestro Ampi, Chef Pasticcere dell'anno 2017 e produttore di grandi lievitati nella sua attività AT Patissier.
Figlio d'arte e pasticcere alla quarta generazione, la sua idea di pasticceria è 'cercare l'originale nell'origine'.
