Nel quinto episodio abbiamo incontrato Cécile Farkas Moritel, una Pastry Chef di Lione, definita da tutti fin dall'inizio del suo lavoro la 'Stilista dei dolci'.
Durante le 3 giornate di corso completamente operative, la consulente ci ha regalato Entremets e Petits Gateaux di un'eleganza indescrivibile. Glasse e decori di cioccolato, creme e croccanti, il tutto realizzato attraverso impegno e creatività da 16 pasticceri guidati dalle mani ricercate di Cécile Farkas Moritel.
