Other than this you need mainly a GK2001RB head and mesa boogie cabinets, a sansamp bass driver, a Proco Rat overdrive, and a line selector tio prevent that overdrives and distortion will cut your low end and mids. that's maybe 30% of justin Chancellor's stuff but the main tone shape.

Seriously. I'm a retired guitar AND bass player and often when listening to Tool songs I confuse the bass for the guitar, then get corrected when watching live videos. Justin Chancellor is a very creative bassist with the parts he writes.
