    I planned it to be with fewer jumps and lower knee impact.
    Remember that it is important to be persistent and give your body a chance to get used to the workout routine at least 5-7 days to start really seeing results. I suggest stretching the workout challenge to 14-21 days aside other full-body workout routines.
