8 Minute Workout for Teens | No Equipment
This is my new 8 Minute Workout for Teens, in this routine no equipment is needed. if you are looking for a quick and effective workout to boost your fitness, lose weight and strengthen your body, this workout will be great for you. It is for the young in heart and will help you burn fat and tone up your body.
This home workout can be done as a single video workout while adding other workout routines (see some suggestions below) or can be repeated as a challenge over a period of time to maximize your results!

If you want to see results I recommend warmly following this challenge:
1. 💪 Stick to this routine for 1 week. Try your best to keep up with the exercises and the workout routine. If you feel that it is too intensive, then feel free to have a rest, recuperate and continue the routine when you can. It's all cool, you should build up your fitness and endurance step by step!
2. 💪 After a week you will already feel and see results, you will feel those muscles well and will know that the work is setting in and giving preliminary results. This is a fun and important stage. If you reach this then don't stop or give up. Continue to do this routine for another 14-21 days together with following full-body, abs, cores workout routines in my channel, or see the recommended workout routines in the links below.

**After you have complete the 21-28-day challenge you will understand what the excitement is all about. You will feel satisfied and will want to continue to daily workout programs and routines- step up the difficulty of the exercises- choosing longer, active, and challenging workouts that you can find on my channel!

Im 62 male non smoker I like it but with breathing problems what the best way to get ready for the excise? Im like 230 go up and down, believe it or not i lose weight when i open my food cart for business Carrying case of soda.hevy coolers. And moving the hot dog cart around.
