Almost 3 years ago your tutorial on Django was one of the first I ever watched. To have reached even a fraction of your level and to be able to collaborate is a bucket list item I can now cross off, thank you Brad :)
I've been following this channel since a few years now. And I discovered your channel a few months back and have been following it since then... I must say I am super thrilled to see this collab. A big thank you to both of you.
The moment I read Denis Ivy's name I was surprised and happy at the same time. I have been following Denis's Channel for a while now and it is one of the most underrated Dev channels on UA-cam and I was surprised that he is collaborating with Brad for a moment. He deserves the recognition and hope that more people know about the channel because of this video. Thanks Brad !
Traversy MediTraversy Media I am 13 years old and you gave me a lot of javascript, html, css, vanilla javascript, etc. I love this channel so much, thank you for everything
Kudos to Brad for finding young talents and providing them such a great platform to show their capabilities. You are legend in this field. Respect. Loved your udemy courses
I'm going to make a prediction. I hereby predict that the Traversy channel will never be the same again. This new format is excellent. I find myself wondering who's on next. It also gives Brad a chance to smell the flowers and appreciate the colour of the sky. The 'thumbs ups' speak for themselves. Possibly by accident, I think Brad has stumbled across a real winner with this new format. And I'll say it again, I think Brad Traversy is the new Joe Rogan of web development.
I'll second that prediction! Brad has worked very hard to build such a platform and definitively deserves the attention of such a wide audience :) I'm such he'll still produce a lot of content himself but now I think he can take some of the pressure off of himself.
@@DennisIvy Definitely dude. I'm pretty good with JS, react and node but it'll be nice to have someone that does a lot with Django. I've been working on getting into something that's more backend oriented with .Net core and my God that's been a nightmare. Maybe python will be like a baby step in that direction.
I can't thank you enough for what you have done to the dev community! Without you I wouldn't be half the developer as I am today! Loads of Love from India❤

Thank you very much for the tutorial. It's one of the best I found on UA-cam. I am newbie and your teaching style is very helpful and easy to understand. His approach pays attention to detail and is not confusing.
Good course. I enjoyed creating this and playing around with the design. It's a great boiler plate if you're having a hard time coming up with a design. But, I had a hard time following along. I find some of your methods a bit counter-intuitive. For example, creating am element, duplicating and then assigning classes. There are other things as well, and I really don't mean to nit pick, but this was a pre-planned course. These bits and pieces made it a bit tough to follow and escaped any smoothness. But I do follow you and enjoy the content on your ch, especially the Django stuff. Thanks for creating in the first place and teaching at no cost. Please continue as many of us are gerateful!
Dennis Ivy Also, I have subscribed to your channel when I watched your video: “How I sold my Python Jago website for 41,000$.” As I am Python developer, I liked your channel and for React I followed Brad’s one.
I am watching it and coding along. Some of the concepts are new to me. I would say that explanation of naming convention and the order it is written would be helpful (especially css). Many thanks!
This was a great video, the explanation at the start was very clear, I managed to improve my portfolio and learn how to change the theme which I have been trying to do for a while.

Dennis Ivy A few months ago, I subscribed your channel. You are one of the best dev content creators. I really enjoy your videos, specially the motivational ones. Thank you, man.
followed him from 5k subscriber =D. i learned a lot about Django and it helps me with the official documentation much better when i first started. I think best way to learn is documentation, but only after you have a good grasp of django. I reccomend people to look at Dennis Django tutorial and "coding entrepreneur" Django tutorial before diving deep into the documentation.
I was already Dennis's subscriber before this video surfaced so I would like to put my two cents here. He is a good instructor but his strong area is Django. I knew he would do a video for this channel but I was expecting a Django tutorial from him. 😗
@23:10 You can also use "place-items: center;" in there since it's already displayed as grid. Nonetheless, this is still a great tutorial and haven't even finished it yet.
@@DennisIvy One question though, how's this site's performance in terms of loading speed? Will it affect loading speed when there's only one huuuge CSS file?
