I'll be starting with a small trailer and a Wright Velke. Lots of hilly yards in my area.
Securing the equipment is a must even just for driving around the neighborhood up and down the hills.

Did you happen to drill into cross members as well or just the brophy backing plates? Going to be doing this myself.
It woulda been stronger to drill through the angle of the frame than using those backing plates where everything is only anchored to the wood.

At the peak of the season no more than 32. I work solo so that's all I can handle and not get burned out.
