Tenant destroys boiler and almost catches house on fire!

This is why you hire professionals to work on your heating equipment! Tenant tries to get their heat going, destroys burners and almost set house on fire. No leaks from boiler but there was water in the burner tube. Pretty sure they fired it off, panicked when it caught fire at the orifices, and then dumped water on to put it out
