Look I’m aware the target market for these type of properties are more worried about quality of life more than the price tag, but I’d like to maybe get your “zestimate” ?
The fact that the property has already been sold should tell you everything. When it comes to pricing, using the comparative method is often useful. Therefore, comparing this home to other homes within that price bracket, I'd say that it was well priced.

I love this house. My suggestion is to use other/more descriptive words for depth when describing specific features . You say "beautiful" far too often, which loses its meaning and sounds clichéd. Eg "an entrancing koi pond", "a spellbinding entry way" etc.
