I love this house. My suggestion is to use other/more descriptive words for depth when describing specific features . You say "beautiful" far too often, which loses its meaning and sounds clichéd. Eg "an entrancing koi pond", "a spellbinding entry way" etc.
Whoever is responsible for background music must try Cassper's Hope you bought it, esp the beginning part of the song. That would make so much sense...those piano keys. 😤 Plus the title of the song...I mean. 🙇
Question for Sibiya, is the property priced correctly? Taking into account the all the amenities, sqft of living space, area, property market stats’ and the economies financial state? Look I’m aware the target market for these type of properties are more worried about quality of life more than the price tag, but I’d like to maybe get your “zestimate” ?
The fact that the property has already been sold should tell you everything. When it comes to pricing, using the comparative method is often useful. Therefore, comparing this home to other homes within that price bracket, I'd say that it was well priced.
