Elton is awesome, he's a fantastic enterainter and he does everything to plan (by the second almost); so when Molly got up and disrupted it, he disrupted Elton's plan and whole scedule; not to mention did a vulgar act which only took attnetion away from the music. There would have been children in that crowd that suddenly had to see an old shrivled Johnson...when they had paid high prices for tickets to see Elton.
