OK, first of all, I can't draw, which makes doing a "Draw My Life" video kinda challenging. I make up for it with lots of pictures and random scribbles and words on a dry erase board.
I didn't do this video "the right way," but then, I never do anything "the right way," so I don't know why this should surprise anyone.
There's not much drawing in this video. Just sit back and give it a listen.

Wow Mary. My brother had a similar situation with his kidneys. They didn’t find his until he was 15 tho so by the time they repaired his valves there was already too much kidney damage. Hes currently on dialysis waiting for a kidney transplant but he’s doing really well. So lucky they found it so early ❤️❤️❤️
Best wishes and prayers for a successful transplant and happy long life to him. Thankfully medicine is always improving

My mom is the youngest and only girl of 6 brothers and she also hated dresses. My little sister is also the youngest of all 3 of us (both guys) and she also hates dresses except for specific situations.

I wrote a whole book about my experience in that group. I don't think that discussions about cults really need to be done in a "storytime" format. It's too serious, and sometimes I get emotional when I have to remember all that and re-live it all over again. I'd rather not. It's not some lighthearted subject.

I developed anorexia when I was 15 y.o and depression until my 21 y.o were hard times !
Now the depressive cycle restarted in order my divorce ... but I am trying to win this battle again ... your videos are always helping lot !!

Anyone in the US, please educate me. If you didn’t have cable in the 80s/90s does this mean you didn’t have tv at all or you just had limited free channels? I grew up (ages 5-12) in Wilmington. My stepmom actually managed an Eckerd’s in Wilmington for years in the 90s and early 00s.

I am happy that you were able to get better and even though it’s really hard to get over I do know what anorexia does to you. I definitely know that being a teenager is hard because I was depressed and started getting anorexia when I was 15 or 16 and that lasted for two years. I am thankful that I met my partner now because she like Greensboro for you has saved my life. I thought about cutting at one point but chickened out. I am very grateful that my girlfriend is in my life because without her I really think I wouldn’t even be here typing this. So again thank you for bringing up anorexia since it never is talked about and I am really glad you were able to get better even if it’s the thought is still there.
