15 x 40 = 600 sq feet (north facing)
1)In ground floor - Max area For my manufacturing Workshop With toilet & small Store room
2)In 1st floor - Balcony(front/North),hall,Kitchen(attached balcony- west),Bathroom.
3)In 2nd floor - Two bedrooms,both with attached bathroom & Balcony(1 front/north & 1 West)
4)In 3rd floor - One bedroom with attached bathroom balcony(west) & open tares area.

Your designs are fantastic. But I just need to know why are you so obsessed with the swimming pool. I find it in almost 3/4 of your videos. Well the modern or higher class can enjoy that luxury but I don't think that the middle class would even want a swimming pool in their home. Leave about affording it. Apart from that rest is absolutely fabulous. I come here to get inspired by your creativity.
