So they wouldn't be scouting for the triple towncenter boom and they wouldn't be under siege. If that triple towncenter boom was scouted early, the boom would have been less effectief since it didn't had as much time to get a payoff. >Town centers would be producing villagers but they would be in TC and therefore not able to get food or gold. Only around ua-cam.com/video/rZhhd93RDL8/v-deo.html the first towncenter was scouted. But that was enough to get mamelukes + all the other units to get a equal army and after that the eco is too high to compete.

2 cows treasure is very good for Hausa in age 1. It will be at least instant 500 recourse in the first 7 minutes.
Otto vill boom its great since not only do you get vills at almost the same speed as normally trained vills (30s instead of 25s) but also they're completely free so you can easily go military whilst 3 TC (or 5) booming; but by no means they're the fastest to 99 vills (wich in fact, otto for some reason get to 100 vills and if you kill one sometimes they stay in 99 but if you kill another one it goes to 100, something weird like that)...
I haven't really test it and all i've done is try to do it the most greedy but of course there's always a raid or a small rush or something that slows it down a bit, and of course im not the best player but i would say there are several civs thta can take the title: Russian, Ports, Spanish, British, maybe even Hausa and some others like the nat civs can get great times also, etc.
With ports i've had 99 vills in something like 15:00 mark, with russian (wich i think is probably the best overall) i've done it in 14:30; i also remember that with spanish i got some crazy time like 14:(something) and british also but might be a little slower...

Hausa needed to have levied pikes + levies shipment. I want someone to make this work. They shadow tech. Hasua seem to struggle against heavy cav. Javrider being 1 pop is the key but it's too weak against mass heavy cav. Fulani vs Mamaluke is like possibly the worst match up 1:1 in the game hahaha

Also Brit gets 99 fastest with estates or whatever that house builds villager card is called now I think. I've got to 99 vills + 2 factories as after revolting to Haiti BEFORE 20 minutes. Wouldn't work in real games probably but if they don't punish you sufficiently... or expect aggression cus you revolted... well :D.
Thought there was a 'test' a while back. Might be worth doing for some giggles, seeing how fast you can get max economy with each civ. Probably Dutch gets to 'max' fastest unless you count 60 vills as max with the two bank cards. I'd do it myself but I'd probably be inefficient.
