It’s worth noting that Javanese spears only benefit from the team card. The other cards only benefit pikes, skirms and halbs. They do get their own card in the revolt though. It’s 60 siege with their card.
I think the purpose of that 1 elephant card isn't the elephant but the ability to train them. Really bad as an infinite card but its not a completely useless revolution card.
