Coach Justin. I have a couple questions involving trouble throwing. 1. Can having a lot of Internal Rotation rob my external rotation? 2. Does hyper mobility in in the upper body make it difficult to generate power when throwing? 3. My biggest question basically. Is too much flexibility bad for throwing, does it make that more difficult? 4. If you have any answers for these what do you recommend I do? 5. How can I not only throw further and harder, but throw with more velocity?

They help strengthen your rotator cuff, or your "decelerator" muscles. Your arm will only speed up what it can slow down. Therefore, building these decelerator muscles up helps you throw harder.

Do we use j bands before games? I usually do
Yes, if you have them I highly recommend you use them before each time you throw. Your arm will feel so much better!
Long toss how many times per week? Do you recommend long toss? I have a 16 yoa son who needs to throw harder what do you think?
Yes I absolutely recommend long toss. I would say 3x per week

My dad said that i have no potential to throw hard and pitch. I really want to prove him wrong. Do you have any tips to pitch hard and fast?

No specific number of sets.. listen to your arm and listen to your body!
