In Oconto WI, the jail there LITERALLY obtained all meals from a restaraunt called Waynes. For over 30 years. Best jail food EVER!

Great channel man. Found it yesterday and binged it since. Now you put up a Wisconsin vid the next day?! Been in Washington and dodge county bout 20 years ago. Cake walk. Easy going going people here. The firecrackers got moved out quick from non violent pod. Learned a lot of card games and jail meals (ramen and chips!) that I still use today. 20 years ago…so things may have changed. But still enough to straighten my ass out. Be confident in yourself ! Find out what you love to do and you don’t need to do the shit that puts you in jail!

I worked in the kitchen for a couple months in my jail in Louisville Kentucky, and got to do visits through the glass for about two months. They left me in there for four hours sometime. I could do 5 visits a week. Had my ex doing all kinda tricks in there. Single cell, phones on all night, all the food you can eat. For a jail, it was the best jail stay I ever had.

I did sixty days half of which made me a trustee. Being a trustee I could raid the kitchen almost anytime I wanted 😅.

If you lived a few blocks you could've just caught a lil charge and went in there to check for yourself.

FACTS
I did time in Brown County and oconto county Wisconsin, shits pretty low key, little to no gang shit around here you can fr just keep your head down do your time, watch some packer games, and actually make some friends. Oconto county had some FINE ASS CO’s and the food was actually pretty damn good plus they had the full cable package. Brown county a little worse but you got th tablets and could make calls really whenever, Long story short I’m sure anywhere in WI is pretty chill except maybe Milwaukee

A semi-attractive woman becomes the sexiest woman in the world (to the inmates) when she works at a jail. There’s was one in West Valley detention center that had the sexiest voice too. She’d always say “good night boys” and everyone would go crazy.

Some jails are actually really chill and relaxed. This one jail that I went to in Raleigh, NC was the chillest place you could ever think of, no lie. All the inmates were joking around, laughing, looking like they were having the time of their life, I couldn't believe it. Not all jails are like the ones you see on TV, some are the most chillest place you could ever come to, swear to God. Never had a problem with anybody there and everybody was drama free
How long did u stay there might I ask... any jail can pop off... not exactly a chill place...I believe it was one of those overseas prison shows..but somewhere like new Zealand or somewhere their prison was basically a hotel... and when they asked the dude if it was easy to do time or something to that effect since the place was so nice and dude said "its still prison, I can't leave so.."

In the UK they use regular prisons for guilty and remanded prisoners, we were our own street clothes around the prison, you guys got whole sale factory jails lol
Wood county is very rural central Wisconsin. Not much going on there. The smell sucks too, it’s by a paper mill by it in Wisconsin rapids. Locals refer to it as Wisconsin crapids because of the smell.

I've been to wood county jail 10 years ago and there were fruit flies and silverfish everywhere. No air flow. Muggy mold and mildew on the walls. Looks nice in the video tho??

You are right that is a really nice Jail, however just like you said no matter how nice did you lose it really just depends on the people. However as an individual I would want to see what kind of things they offer here for inmates as far as rec and programs for those who have been sentenced to under a year

Eau claire County jail is were I did alot of time. Wisconsin is a police state we actually have more jails and prisions per capita than even California. We dont have parole we have what's called truth and sentenced law and we are the only state that people go to prision for 2 years for misdemeanor.

In Arizona, we never see our street clothes when going to prison.. we can send them to whoever or donate them... we went into reclass wearing our county stripes.. then you see other groups from different counties wearing different county clothes.. we dressed out of our stripes right into the orange jumpsuit..
