Hello I've got 4 green airy very new AC installed. One Is 18000 btu and three 9000btu splits (internal units) connected to a trial engine 21000 btu. Now the auto clean function starts and work great on the 18000 btu unit but none of the three internal 9000 btu splits performs the auto cleaning. I can see the CL icon on the remote controller and I can hear the beep on both the remote controller and in the split too but CL icon doesn't appear on the split display and the unit remains in standby... Any idea Thanks
Depends on the location of the unit, your expectations and how often the self cleaning have been used. For example, if the unit is in a kitchen then chances are it is full with sticky oil that only manual cleaning can help with. Automatic cleaning can prolong the need for manual cleaning (by a lot) but it cannot replace it. It could potentially keep the evaporator coil clean if used periodically, but the evaporator blower and housing would still need to be manually cleaned if you expect good air quality without any moldy smells.
@@ammaam0ei was confused where my AC filters were, usually there's like 2 curved filters just under the Ac hood, but my gree ac doesn't have them So. Ur telling me my AC filter is actually on the top of the AC! ?

If your AC doesn’t work for self cleaning, first turn it on for few minutes then turn it off and try self clean mode 👍

Why not just have a Clean button
then there will be too many buttons, Pular AC has more than 15 active functions.
Why is Gree not putting out normal manuals for those things???
We need those!
