    This piece sounds wonderful on Baroque flute

      This is not a baroque flute. No baroque flute has this sound in the third octave.It is a flute of the romantic period, a Liebel or St. Koch.

      Almost... It's Baltasar van der Ast's _Study of Flowers and Insects_ (17th century). A great painter of still lives.
