I just love how the crew is becoming more of the show! You don't see them, but it feels less awkward than a regular cooking show where the host is talking only to the audience. It just feels more fun!

You know what really grinds my gears? How someone can have so many tshirts with cake-puns.
Noooo Steampunk is where Sci-fi meets the Victorian era 🤣 But nowadays there’s also Steampunk inspired by Pirates which confuses me and then you have Dieselpunk which is similar yet not. Aside from that everything you did was pretty spot on. The little clock hands were too cute.

there was one attached to the key end. He put it in sideways!
He stated before that when the cake has a density like brownies or cookies, he uses the dowels since the straws can't go through.
One of my favourite descriptions of steampunk is old times power with new time items like a Lazer gun with magnifying glasses on the back so it's focuses the sun or something along those lines.

Peoples asking him to collaborate with Yolanda, try to think about them and take a moment to look at their technique.. Sorry to say that but Yolanda is definitively more "professional" and "meticulous" and like using rules and measurement...

Julie Lafeuille - Two styles you would think were incompatible can work, it depends on how it's done. I've no idea who Yolande is but I doubt it would be impossible for them to work together - there is this thing called compromise, as well, you've probably heard of it.
This is probably my favorite cake that you've made on the show.

Steampunk is actually a subgenre of science fiction and sometimes fantasy. It includes technology and aesthetic designs that are inspired by 19th-century industrial steam-powered machinery.
Hence why it’s called ‘STEAM’ punk. Everything was steam powered.

Omgoodness! I made your chocolate carrot cake with the cream cheese frosting for a coworker's bday and it turned out FANTASTIC!! I only wound up using half the frosting for the cake, tho. The other half I slowly ate with a spoon over the course of the next month. It was delicious and amazing. I would also love if at some point you did a whimsy cake!
