  • The 2 strokes of course. This should be used in conjunction with the factory manual. As usual, use at your own discretion.

    My 1971 H-1 500 would always break plastic worm gear,worst with Barnett's clutch till replaced with metal worm,but dragged a stop lites-nitemare!...

      The only really good aftermarket worm gear is out of Germany Ralf Gille makes them.

      It wouldn't have been so bad except mine was covered in this ungodly layer of nasty splooge so it was hard to find the tab! Once we found that it was just a matter of working the tweezers. Lol.

      Parts unlimited, you do have to go through a dealer.

    Horrible job, my H2C was a bitch at the actuator end!
