- IVY ROSE auditioned in AMERICA'S GOT TALENT to be premiered on May 14 on NBC. IVY ROSE from Washington D.C. was in Towson, Baltimore and performed in the street concert where Filipinos from the city and different counties celebrate yearly the Philippine Independence. This is very good. I would sit in for one of their concerts anytime anywhere. And the fact that their all lovely doesn't hurt either.
Asian beauty has always had my attention (check out todays Kpop girl groups) and given the fact they are very good at this...it's a total package of great entertainment.
Very few of the Kpop girls group actually play music, they mostly sing and dance out their songs, which is fabulous, but these ladies are musicians and for me that sets them far apart.
I love the lead vocals and their playing is good too.
So yea, sign me up anytime.

If you want to see/hear a real female rock band that was fronted by two Filipino women, siblings, then do a UA-cam search for "Fanny". They were rocking back in the early 70's. They were the heaviest rock sounding all female hard rock band at that time and were considered the female version of Deep Purple. Search Fanny in you tube and see. Too bad they never got the recognition they deserved as they were rock pioneers for all the female bands that came after them, that includes the runaways.

You are a brilliant group of musicians and totally amazing women. But, you have two choices. 1. Become a cover of ONE band/artist OR 2. Only play 80% of your own material live. The biggest mistake all bands make is trying to please all people, all of the time. Choose your passion, discover your audience and go for it!
