On April 18th Krishna Das stopped by Google to lead a call and response Kirtan concert. He spoke about his music and ended with his hands in prayer and a bowed head: “As they say in India, ‘Take it easy.’”

Depression is living in the past; anxiety is living in the future. When you meditate you're brining your awareness back to the present, turning off the "default ruminative mode". The host of this talk has no idea what he is talking about. Krishna Das has so much of a deeper experience in just the way he speaks. Indian culture is more prevalent in Krishna Das than some Indians.

The names of Lord are as powerful as the Lord Himself.
Now 34 , I since my childhood...has seen at many village temples lot old people sit and sing songs (bhajans) at a synchronous rythm .. they enjoy it like there is nothing else. I On other hand used to feel boring and deviated lost in outside thoughts.....
Great music composition and arrangement . Punch for corus we can add one more female singer. Jai sri ram.🙏❤️🌷🥀 only my recording experience .
when we close our eyes we see darkness.. it's the same darkness we live in. Unless someone shows us the light we will be stranded forever in the darkness.. only just to suffer more.
