I don't have the biggest arms out there. But due to high demand from my subscribers. I've decided to share some tips & tricks on how you can maximize your Arms home! 💯

This video is just a demo, specially made for those who can't go to the gym or do not have any gym equipment at home. Are these exercises still useful? In general, absolutely yes (but not until the level like a bodybuilder). Speaking about Muscle Hypertrophy, imo it is still nowhere close to training with real weights (Dumbbells and Barbells). this is such a great exercise you came up with, not only did you find a way to strengthen the biseps without dumbbells or any gym equipment, but the exercise also help loosen tight hamstrings that prevented me from touching my toes

I just tried this workout today and it works really well. I've been doing push-ups lately but never tried any exercises for biceps since i don't have any equipment and due to this pandemic. The towel curl (standing) really made me feel the burn and pain.
Super Set 1:
-Towel Curl (sitting), 10 reps for each leg, use supinate
-Diamond Push-up, 10 reps
Then, break for 30 secs and repeat for 3-4 times
Then, proceed to
Super Set 2:
-Towel Curl (standing), 10 reps for each leg, use neutral grip
-Triceps Expansion, 10 reps

I understand completely you situation, and I empathize a lot, however I must save you some future disappointment by telling you from now that you won't get the results you want from doing "a little bit at home everyday" because "it's better than nothing". There's a lot of factors involved in muscle growth, and while you might get some hypertrophy from doing workouts like the ones showed in the video (which is a shitty work out even for begginers), in 2, maybe 3 months you're gonna have to either increase the number of sets and reps to a very large extent (meaning sets of 50+ push ups, and sets of 1,000+ reps of "towel curls") to get even just a little more hypertrophy -this a very unsustainable plan- or you're gonna have to get into a gym. Sorry, but this is the harsh truth.

I worked out for years thinking I was a hard gainer, but the reallity is I just had a bad. I then tried the Agoge Diet, and started seeing much faster and better results.
