    Remembering Death helps me enjoy daily life far more, and helps me be in 'Observer mode' and less emotionally affected by otherwise stressful life 'stuff' :)

    Not crazy, I have a Red Bull when I’m anxious. 😂. I had a See the Light NDE 7 years ago. It was so wonderful on the other side ❤😊. I’ll try this vs a RB next time.

      Hahah but why Red Bull? In my case, Red Bull reduces a car driving axiety, when im super tired on the road.
