The command has changed slightly in recent versions of Rhino 3D, 6 & 7. You can use or from the drop down menu; Curve>Blend Curves> Adjustable Curve Blend and then play with the option to get the desired curve... an Arc Blend will create an arced curve between the segments. Thanks.
