Great video boss. My wife and I live here, and we love it. FYI the dumbbells go up to 75lbs. The gym surprisingly does not get overrun. I have had gym memberships at LA Fitness and Lifetime, and the time you spend waiting around sometimes can be frustrating. I do not have this problem here. In fact, I cancelled my membership at LA Fitness. I work out 4/5 times a week and have not had any issues. They have all the basic equipment to get in a great workout. I love the design feel to this place as well. I also like how you pointed out the pool area as it does not get overrun because they monitor the guest so that the tenants have a good experience at the pool. What I appreciate the most is the response time to issues. We have lived in several high-rise communities and their response time is by far the fastest. Oh, hit me up if you want to see a one-bedroom. That is what we have, and it fits our lifestyle perfectly! Keep the vids coming sir!
@@demarcusstrange5213 thanks big dog! Great callout on the DB’s and appreciate the comment about how timely the staff is. Feel free to dap me up next time you see a tall white dude w/ tattoos rollin through!
Very informative tour! I’m relocating to Dallas for work and The Atelier is on my shortlist of residences. The guest parking is definitely an inconvenience, although not a deal breaker for me. Love the dog wash…will need this for sure 😊
@@Fefe4289-rr5nd love to hear it. When do you move? Happy to discuss other spots on the short list whenever the timing makes sense. Feel free to shoot me a text!
@@DALLASTEXASLIVING214 I’m seeking a lease start date of Oct 1. The other spots on my short list are: The Aster, Residences at The Grove, and Glass House
@@Fefe4289-rr5nd I’ve got the Aster video on my channel. I’ve got opinions of the other two. Feel free to give me a shout before you sign the lease! Thanks for tuning in
I would never expect my guests to pay $20 for parking to visit me. That’s insane. How nice of them to charge $20 per month to “ allow” you to store wine. Nothing good to say about this property.
Parking is a deal breaker for sure. Not sure why they think that’s ok and try to justify it. Also, the patios are not true patios as there is no room for you to place seating.
@@antwanlewis2257 you can make arrangements with the office if they are just staying for one day! Consecutive days, yes, they will have to pay. There are plenty of more affordable parking options too
@@DALLASTEXASLIVING214 thanks for the reply….I’ve been looking at many of your UA-cam vids and I must say The Victor has my eye. Will take a look at them this weekend.
This is another place in Dallas that is horrible after hours. Check out the people’s stories that have been robbed inside their apartments there. Luxury or sketchy you be the judge.

Nice video :) lol the amount of people upset about guests paying to park is crazy. Mostly people who would never live here anyways. 🤷♂️
@@AdamM I’d agree. Thanks for tuning in!
Great video. It should be 1/2 price though. Way overpriced.
@@Dimitrius1 what makes you say that?
Just fyi: You say "quartzite" but all of these apartment kitchen and bath countertops are Quartz... QuartzITE is a natural stone, Quartz is man-made.

One of the worst apartments we toured. Tries to look LA modern but just do not have the staff nor budget to execute its vision.
Tour guide over 40 minutes late - at which point we left. They could not even tell us where to park.
