Apartment Locators Suck!!!! For someone who has a budget, they will always recommend the complexes that have the highest commissions. They need to make it clear to people that some places offer a 150% commission.

From the old appliances and design of the apartment to the gym, this is not worth the price in my opinion

I really enjoy watching your office-to-housing videos. Downtown Dallas was my stomping ground for almost three decades and had an office in RepublicBank Centre. Great employee cafeteria! Politicians in New York City promise that this type of conversion is the answer to the housing crisis there, but they never mention the cost! Would love to see a behind-the-scenes video of the actual conversion such as plumbing and electricity!

I stay at the hamilton downtown Dallas. This looks like a nice please to live. I am considering it when my lease is up next year. I love the fact it has a sauna. I have a steam room that I got from Amazon in my apartment now. But I am digging that dry sauna there. Everything just looks so modern, clean and beautiful.

Live there now have been there 6 months. I only recall one elevator issue and it was resolved in a couple of days. I enjoy Skyhouse!

Nice fact this is one of the few buildings with existing and functional access to the Dallas underground tunnel network. You can easily get to the food court at 1700 pacific, Comerica tower, Gables republic, Thanksgiving Square and even Plaza of the Americas without ever going into the heat or cold. One thing to note, there is a homeless element at the ground level because of a train stop just outside. (I live in Santander Tower but worked in Dallas One for several months, used the tunnels each day)

I lived here for three years, I enjoyed living here but beware there are constant elevator issues. They're also very cheap when it comes to fixing anything. The gate to the garage broke and it took 1-2 months to get the parts to fix it. Then within a week someone drove right through it and we had no gate again while we waited for it to be fixed.

I moved to Dallas in 1986, two years after graduating from college in Connecticut. I love Dallas (actually Collin County). It’s a white collar city with no heavy industry.

That second bedroom has a door you can slide closed to where you can leave the bedroom to the bathroom without interrupting the living room area! Just saw that in the video

How do u call an apartment a STUDIO when it has a separate room and door for a bedroom and even a bathroom? U also have called rooms bedrooms that have no window in it? A bedroom requires a window.
