I actually toured One Dallas Center this weekend it was ok. Its an older building but the upkeep wasn't to par to how I would like it. Also, the homeless like to conjugate around the building. I toured the 23 the same day and signed a lease shortly after. Great building in a great area!

My wife works in the House Condos right behind this building. That one has some crazy prices but mostly condos for sale over rentable units.
