AH! The leaf blowing photo was my favorite! Thank you for going so in depth in your knowledge of these cameras! It's really fascinating, and I like learning new things! Again, I find myself not being able to look away. Really amazing work, Ed. And Fran!
The leaf blower and pidgeon taking off are so perfect, something magical about b/w in this camera. Really demands attention to foreground-midround-background compoisitions.
I've binge watched so many of your videos. You are so good at this. After watching you shoot pictures with your iPhone, I'm convinced you will shoot damn good pictures even with a potato.
Haha this video is so great! I was cracking up at 5:25. Anything for the shot! I really like how you captured movement with this camera. Big fan of your channel and I really appreciate how you post every photo from the roll you shoot. Keep the videos coming!
Thanks a lot for this wonderful video, and I really like the way you present the shooting process and the result at the same time... learned so much just by looking your shooting style ... simply brilliant!!
hahh that was so awesome, ive only seen photos of this camera and was really taken by how cool this turns out, really great photos that actually pop.. i wish people would feed me too :D
Ay!)
I have this camera, and Ive shot only one roll, and have yet to develop them. This video has inspired me to go get it developed and put them into GIFs, lol. Hopefully they came out as cool as yours did. Love it!

These little animations are amazing! As is how you're able to crouch down and get pictures without people seeming to notice, I'm not sure if my knees could handle doing that as quickly or as many times as you do. Also this reminds me I seem to remember seeing a disposable 3D camera as well?
Before watching this I thought that camera was total snake oil, I'd never actually seen pictures taken with the camera, now I'm definitely buying one at some point. Great video, I just found this series and I'm really looking forward to more videos from you.
amazing video... i just bid on one of these on ebay so cheap its worth getting. id love to know the name of the song that comes in around 3.45 sounds like fela kuti or something.
+W8DEY all is in focus because it was mostly shot at f/16. I don't think I'll do another episode with this camera soon, because it takes SO MUCH TIME to scan the negatives, stitch them in photoshop, make the gifs and edit them. it's super time consuming. that's the reason I almost never use this camera. :(
Gotcha that makes sense about the focus. What is the focal plane of the lenses, like 3 ft+? And how are the negatives layed out on the film strip? Is it 4 smaller negatives that fit into the normal 36cm strip? or is it 4 full 36cm negatives that are developed on the roll?
Hey can somebody who has a nishika n8000 maybe help me. I think my nishika don’t pull the film right. So often when I press the picture button (sry don’t know what’s the name in english), my nishika doesn’t take a picture. But! It do take some pictures when I wanna pull the film. Because of this, my Pictures are often overlapped. Thank you for reading this ♥️
I was wondering..It takes 4 images of the same object or person from the slightly different perspective right?....Can you use the HDR after you scan them to put them together to give it that 3d effect?
+Jack McKechnie I'm afraid it won't work as an HDR because all four pictures are evenly exposed. all you can do in this camera is selecting an f/ stop for the four lenses. not even the shutter speed can be changed.
Hey man, any idea what the shutter speed range is? I'm having trouble finding a white paper on this (I found an old n9000). Thanx! Happy you ended up w such dope results
I bought one! I've got the ilford HP5+ just like you. But here is my question. Do I only have to twist te right twisterthing, seen on 1:39 (how do you call it) and you can shoot with it or what?
EduardoPavezGoye basicly you answered my question. With other cameras I can see how much I can shoot. But not with this one. So I wasn’t sure if I could put in the film and shoot right away or I have to do something first!
ah, now I see. yeah, you have no way of telling how many shots you have left. it's between 12 and 18 per roll, depending if it's 24 or 36 exposures. have fun!
Love it!! AWESOME VID!! :-) 1 big BUT!!........ In normal life and without a computer.... How would someone view all 4 of the photo's in each shot and get the 3D effect?
Hello Eduardo! Great job as usual.! Do you know if there is a way to make a 3d print out of these photos. On video they look fantastic. What about an actual print?? Thanks in advance m8.!
+Cameron Garcia this camera doesn't have a light meter, so it doesn't need an ISO meter. I just insert a film and shoot it like it is the ISO I want, and developed it accordingly.
You know I have been watching a few of these and it amazes me how fast you get focus. Are you just using the number values on the lenses instead of actually trying to catch focus while taking photo by looking threw view finder?
I developed it at home. But what do you mean you can't get them processed? It's a regular 35mm film. Any developing place will do it. Just ask them not to cut the strip.
So I had 2 rolls of 200 iso regular 35mm film and one roll of original nashika 100 iso 35mm and I took them to Walgreens to get developed. When I got them back the 2 rolls had been completely ruined and I only received maybe 12 pics, only 4 of which were usable. Then they gave me the nashika film back and said they didn’t develop 3D film. I’m just confused on the whole situation.
but it's the same development from any other film! I guess the process is so automated that people working there don't have idea what they are doing. send it to another lab and just say "it's shot in a weird format but developed as normal, just please don't cut the film strip". that should be enough. :)
Hot Damn! This is Freaking Magnificent! I did not know that a film camera like this exist until now, but then again I am kinda new on this film photography thing. So when you say you can push a film that is a 400ISO to an 1600ISO, how do you do that? Ok i guess I can google that (just wanted to start a conversation, hehe..). Also what city is this? You are making awesome videos my friend, Keep it up! Can't wait to see more of this series. Cheers!
+ShootStreetTV in order to push film, you just shoot it like it was faster and you "push" it during the developing process, meaning: you leave it longer than it should be. I have a video explaining the whole process here: ua-cam.com/video/H6kwkvDm_YM/v-deo.html This is London! I'm new in town, so I'm discovering it while making videos. Cheers!
hey Eduardo, what's the difference between this camera and the nimslo 3d? And I read that this camera must ve use only color film to create the anaglyphic 3d effect. Can I use b&w film? How you achieve the gif effect? I'm very interested in this camera because are artistic and at the same time cheap. Thanks for the inspiration
+Massimiliano Arosio looks like the nimslo 3D is almost the same. they must have technical differences, but Google can clarify the details, since I don't own a nimslo. you can use any film. I shot in BW here. making the GIFs is the horrible part and the main reason why I almost never use this camera. it takes FOREVER. you need to adjust and paste the layers in photoshop, align them correctly cheking the transparency, crop them, put them in the timeline, adjust the tempo per frame, export them as web gif and save. repeat that for EVERY.SINGLE. PICTURE. it's a nice camera but it requires a lot of time and effort. in the video it looks simple and quick, but it's a slow and tedious process.
Doesn’t shooting a 400 iso film at 1600 mean it’s going to be darker since the meter of the camera would be tricked into thinking there’s more light coming in and underexposed?
@@kevinokai in this case, I measure and expose the roll like it's 1600, which means all the images are two stops underexposed in the undeveloped roll. Then, in development, I push the film two stops (I leave it for a longer period of time in the developing chemical), so the result is a correctly exposed image.
Hi Eduardo... I'm glad I came across your push develop tutorial yesterday - really like your approach in photography and how you share it with people. Today I looked up your other videos and saw this one here and made me smile since I own this camera myself - but I haven't used it yet, was thrown off a bit by the fact that you are supposed to mail in the rolls for them to develop? I will dare and develop a roll myself but I'm curious as to how did you do the gif animation? Was there some layering envolved or are you just having one image frame after the other and then with short time in between looping them?
AH! The leaf blowing photo was my favorite! Thank you for going so in depth in your knowledge of these cameras! It's really fascinating, and I like learning new things! Again, I find myself not being able to look away. Really amazing work, Ed. And Fran!
First thing- These "Shoot Film" videos are awesome.
Second thing- The frame/frames of the guy blowing leaves was my favorite.
Good shooting!
That photo of the guy with the leaf blower was so good! Omg
Those pictures you took from a frog perspective with the leaves on the ground are pure magic!
The leaf blower and pidgeon taking off are so perfect, something magical about b/w in this camera. Really demands attention to foreground-midround-background compoisitions.
These videos are actually nuts, they're shot so well and are 100% entertaining throughout. Please don't stop!
+Wobachec1 thanks, man!
You are officially my new Street Photography Idol!
Arnold Daniel
I've binge watched so many of your videos. You are so good at this. After watching you shoot pictures with your iPhone, I'm convinced you will shoot damn good pictures even with a potato.
hhahaha. well, that sounds like a nice challenge!
EduardoPavezGoye looking forward to that video! 😂
keep these videos up and you'll gain youtube fame. love this series.
+ArtisticIsaac hahaha. the objective is to motivate people, but thank you very much for the compliment. I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
+EduardoPavezGoye You've certainly motivated me. I really want to shoot my N9000 now.
+EduardoPavezGoye consider me motivated. you rule my friend
Haha this video is so great! I was cracking up at 5:25. Anything for the shot! I really like how you captured movement with this camera. Big fan of your channel and I really appreciate how you post every photo from the roll you shoot. Keep the videos coming!
Looks insane, the way that a frozen image has movement like that is weird. Especially if it has motion blur. Amazing!
I freaking loved this video Ed! You're so talented. Can't wait to see your next video. Have an awesome Friday.
+Samantha Ruggieri my Friday was awesome. have an awesome Sunday!
awesome editing and photos in each one of these vids

Wow, all those shots turned out really well!
Glad to see you back with this series!

awesome shots, you do know how to use this tool :-). not one bad picture in a whole role is quite remarkable!
f8, f11, and f19.
I just modded mine to do multiple exposures and bulb shutter setting. Fun camera!
These little animations are amazing! As is how you're able to crouch down and get pictures without people seeming to notice, I'm not sure if my knees could handle doing that as quickly or as many times as you do. Also this reminds me I seem to remember seeing a disposable 3D camera as well?

I've been looking for that for the longest!
YouSoldMe lmao, good song
i wanna know too
YouSoldMe yeah but they probably just shot it with a digital camera since you can essentially recreate this effect.
Another great video bro! Keep them coming!
How freakin awesome is that camera (and its operator ;)) ?!
+cedrany
Siempre tan talentoso
This so cool!!! blows my mind!! how do you decide what's worth taking a picture of? Every frame seems so valuable.
Loving your Shoot Film series, so inspiring! Keep it up! ^^

Excelente! me encanta esa pelicula! buen video, Gracias Eduardo
+Flavio Camus gracias a ti por pasar por acá!
I was wondering if maybe the lenses can be replaced with glass ones.

I looooove this series!
man I love this video! I need one of those cameras!!!!
Shit, the leaf blower is breathtaking.
Ed, tu canal es la onda! Espero tu siguiente video :) 💖
When you aligned the shots did you have to crop much? I find myself cropping chunks in the alignment stage
where and how much did it cost to get the film developed? What was the process?
I like this too :) And the images came from very well out :)

You need to make them youself. Check my review and tutorial. :)

Iain Hamilton-Cummings lenticular prints! :)
+EduardoPavezGoye I'll google them 😎 Ta chap
Ur amazing man. Great VLOG..
Hello Eduardo! Great job as usual.! Do you know if there is a way to make a 3d print out of these photos. On video they look fantastic. What about an actual print?? Thanks in advance m8.!
You need to find a place where you can print Lenticular Printings. I talk briefly about it in this video: ua-cam.com/video/bL-QKjD-Yzg/v-deo.html
So damn fast response, you're something else.! Thanks a lot and keep up with the great videos.! Greetings from Greece :)
Haha. I'm just uploading a new video so you found me online. :)
Have a great week, man.
Wow! Gracias Ed :)
how did you use the 400 speed film in the camera ? there is no ISO changer on the camera
+Cameron Garcia this camera doesn't have a light meter, so it doesn't need an ISO meter. I just insert a film and shoot it like it is the ISO I want, and developed it accordingly.
+EduardoPavezGoye thank you ! do you use the batteries in it while shooting or can you use it without them ?
is it possible to scan the film and color the pictures ?
you mean use color film? sure, I use it in this other video: ua-cam.com/video/bL-QKjD-Yzg/v-deo.html
You know I have been watching a few of these and it amazes me how fast you get focus. Are you just using the number values on the lenses instead of actually trying to catch focus while taking photo by looking threw view finder?
This camera doesn’t really focus, but I usually focus manually, through the viewfinder.
Todavía no puedo comprender cómo tomas fotos tan bonitas TAN rápido AAAA
