Hey Thomaz! I think that the tree don’t need the apax! Work only with the first branch! In my mind, that will be the best option for this trinkline! The Design don’t improve with the apax! Lot of nice wishes for Carinthia! Werner 🤝
A rookie question- when bending a jin, how does it maintain its shape after the wires or guy wires are removed? Since it’s deadwood, I’m curious how the structure holds up over time.
Branch was recently removed and still holds some moisture, so when it will completely dry out, it will stay in position. If not, then I'll use aditional technique with moistening and heating the wood. The technique was already showed im my other video, here: ua-cam.com/video/sjuc5jpWBBg/v-deo.htmlsi=wz0dQ2aruda8bWGD

Thank you!
Wow! A truly magical transformation. Well done
Thanks for watching!
What a great first styling. The transformation you show is a good example of helping use transform a tree into a beautiful literati bonsai.

That's one of the possibilities. Thanks for your opinion!
Wow. Amazing.
Thanks!
Great work!
Thanks!
So much better than the cascade. Very interesting tree in the end. I really like how the deadwood now balances the tree.
Yes, the dead branch is one of the key elements in the design. Thanks for watching!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
cascade was a mistake. in this option it looks great. curvature of the trunk 1 and 2 jin. of course the green is weak but worth the wait.
@@marcin23228 yes, I agree with you. Thanks!
Great trasformation 100✨
Thank you! Cheers!

How do you decide to use raffia for a bend vs not using it?
It depends on species and flexibility. When there is a danger for branch to break, I use the raffia.
