@@sirtute2228 spoilers : Not Emet, I don't think so since he literally saves us in his ascian form during the MSQ fight against Elidibus. Lahabrea tho, is probably mad af as he always was 😂
I play on PC using a gamepad (I'm currently using a nintendo switch pro controller lol). My UI isn't modded so you can pretty much copy it on your ps4. My goal was to put everything at the bottom to clear the middle and above space of the screen, and to have monster's healthbar/buffs/debuffs in the center so I could see cast times and my character's position at the same time. I have aggro list near center for trash pulls and in case it's needed (think Shinryu Extreme). Duty, Party list and alliance list are default.
Great fight, but I have a question, for MT why do you shirk here 4:13? Do you need to shirk and what's the purpose of that? I'm learning, thx for the video
Elidibus has gots the kind of power of a "Gold Saint" from "Saint Seiya"!... i bet on his own he could make the "Athena Exclamation" attack if he was a "Gold Saint"!... XDDD
I'm not an FFXIV player, but I know it does a lot of crossovers with the other games, so I have to ask: Is this WoL the same as the Manikin who fought Chaos in FF1? It's clearly the same design, I'm just wondering if it's literally the same guy.
Spoilers: he uses the visage of dissidia WoL. Since technically he is a primal summoned by Elidibus using Ardberts body as a medium based on the Ideal of a Warrior of Light. Which is deliciously.Ironic
Spoilers: To add on what TheXIIIth said, it's confirmed in cutscenes that the very first hero (and thus warrior of light) of The First was someone that had a striking similarity to the FF1 hero. The main villain of this patch, Elidibus, decides to use the hope and faith of heroes of old to infuse into his own power to beat You, the warrior of darkness. His final form after absorbing all that ends up being the very first Warrior of Light. I'm guessing it's also convenient for SE so that they can easily reuse the model from dissidia.
@@Boodendorf Spoilers: I like to believe the different worlds or shards are the home of separate games. So in my mind, FF1 may have happened on the First many years ago. Just as it seems FF12 and Tactics did on the Source. The characters and the events may have played out differently or not at all, but its fun for me to think of the entire game that way. I also figured the "image" of Elidibus looked so gray-skinned because he was a pale imitation. I just was so confused because Elidibus legit stated that he used to BE a hero or WoL at different points in time. After you defeat him his actual form is some tiny looking body as if he were some kid. He probably was the whole time right? It definitely made things go full circle with the aspiring children following in your footsteps at the very beginning.
@@Boodendorf This fight was fun as fuck as a healer though. Beat it with SCH, and it was hectic as shit which is what I find the most fun. Can't wait to play sage.
wack gameplay mmorpgs gotta do better, assassin creed and darksouls and elden ring pvp battles look better than this, what is this a lights show?? this why i never bought xenoblade series or final fantasy 12.
You really be talking like Assassin's Creed has gameplay when you're just following an objective marker, and Dark Souls where you just roll and youre invincible lmao
Fun fact, his wipe attack actually shows his Ascian glyph
Wow as if we haven't done this fight before /s
@@Nyghtgirl27 they were just stating a tidbit of info? No need to be so rude, honestly.
Seriously tho. All those theowbacks to the artwork of ARR, The cast of FFIV and the seveb umbral calamities was awesome

That astr is God tier.
Haven't done this ex trial yet, but dang this is awesome
Dat DRK Summon was close af tho wow
How to remind player of their game brand. Throw it at them as boss Limit Break.
This is so damn epic 😆
The one dislike is from Elidibus
Now Lahabrea and Emet, too

That's why he us one of the dislikes
Fandaniel probably liked the video
Really loved your UI, so clean and looks perfect to use on PS4. Do you play it in Ps4?

Been over a year so I probably might remember incorrectly but I believe it's because I get a physical vulnerability stack from the tank buster.
Bitter End, the tank buster, puts vulnerability on the tank so they have to swap.

how difficult was this one as a pld? im back on ff again and came to learn the fight.
Honestly not very hard, tanks don't have a lot to do here
